after a bad crash i had to reformat my computer (back to factory settings). now when i try to open phoenix 1.6.1.1691 viewer it hangs up. but i get this error - microsoft virual c++ runtime library runtime error! viewer\phoeniv viewer.exe r6025 -pure virtual function call im using windows 7 does anyone have any ideas? ty in advance for any suggestions.
