    If you keep a list somewhere, you can compare it to the list of parcels in the Land tab of your group or the group land list on your dashboard. For future reference, what I do when I sell a parcel is rename the "for sale" sign to include the parcel info, so when someone buys the land and returns the sign to me, I know which parcel sold.

    Not me! It's too big and still too expensive. I had a full region last summer and gave it up after just a few months. Even though this would cost less (ignoring the fact that I'd have to get a P+ account), I much prefer smaller spaces.

    Are you buying MaInland? If so, once you own a parcel, you can return anything on it using the Objects tab in About Land. On rentals or "purchases" of parcels on private estates, as noted above, it varies. You'll need to verify with the landlord before renting to make sure what the rules are.

    It really is fun to play with the ways you can customize a region that you have full perms on. When I had a full region, I did not want to do all the terraforming to get it started (I bought it from LL so it was just a square), so I bought a nice RAW terrain file on MP. Then I did some exploring to find various terrain textures I liked, and wound up using a combination from Studio Skye and Vita's. I had elevations from beach up to small mountains, with some rivers and a lake.

    To get an idea of what controls you will have, go to the Terrain tab under Region. You can choose four terrain textures to use, and arrange them from lowest to highest elevation. You can also set elevation ranges for each of four quarters of the region/homestead. This not only controls what texture each elevation uses, but how they blend, and that latter is the tricky part. I found it takes a lot of experimenting to get near to what I wanted, since changing those elevation numbers often gave not-so-expected results!

    This parcel is at the top of a hill, next to a pretty cobblestone roadway with vintage-looking street lights. The really unique thing about this location (aside from the steep road) is that the entire parcel directly next door is a Linden rez zone (1,280 sq m of protected grassy land.) This road is on a pod route, in a quiet neighborhood with green rolling hills. Keep any or all of the decor, or return it if you don't want it! Region: Baddest (Nautilus continent) Size: 560 sq.m.     If you listen to the video of the chat, Grumpity and Patch get fairly specific about all this at the very start of the video. They are going to be introducing a less expensive level of Premium, for one thing, and for another, they are going to allow Premium Plus users to buy homestead regions without being required to own a full region first. They also stated that the changes to Mainland tier pricing will mean that at the higher levels, it won't be as expensive to move up from one level to the next; the jump between levels will be less drastic. These changes are all planned to happen next month.

    If you want a region where your parcel is located to be restarted, all you need to do is contact Support. If you are contacting them during normal business hours, you can even ask the chat bot to do it (although the last I saw, it has trouble dealing with requests to restart regions in Bellisseria).
