    An Amazon today for a product I was buying. I wonder how many people buy the 2-pack, not realizing that the $2.70/oz is not a valid comparison against $3.62/cnt. Someone must have or they would sell it like that.

    Consumer announcement - though possibly a bit late. Byrne is closing down. If you aren't familiar with the store, they make some very unique textures for their clothing items, many of which I only use for pictures, but some of the stuff is pretty neat. Anyway, all old group gifts are 10L and everything else is 50L.     Ugh - all of that just sounds like way too much work. Even when I do take pictures, I want the entire process to be fast. I'm not really looking to be great at any of it or have it really look like more than it is -- just a casual snapshot. But if there is supposed to be rain, it is nice to at least be able to get that to show in the picture, with as little extra work as possible.

    Most definitely. Those are topics that you will never ever change anyone's mind on, so there is no sense in ever discussing it unless it is a discussion with only like-minded folks or you are wanting to argue.

    I don't do much editing - I don't have time for it, nor any desire to do so. Also, the photo editor that I use most really just gives me simple options to help auto-fix contrast and brightness (as in click button that says "auto adjust"). That and cropping are the extent of my edits.

    They just had to put that in teeny tiny greyed out writing at the bottom. Wouldn't want to make it to easy for someone to find, now would we? Thank you. I'll likely re-enable it a bit down the road, but for now, I need a break from the PMs telling me off.

    And it is most likely an attack on your electricity bill. Modern freezers are far more energy efficient. Based on all of my research, a new model will likely save me $100-200 PER YEAR. Not worth the price of buying a new one right now. We'll buy a new one when we retire and move across the country, because then we will not be moving lots of our stuff.

    See the specific quotes that I bolded in your post. If any MP merchant does not know the rules, that is on them. The rules are spelled out in the Listing Guidelines: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/listing_guidelines Keyword spamming makes it hard on buyers to actually find the items they are looking for. You and all other MP merchants should actually want to encourage the proper use of keywords so that your own products can be properly found, rather than your own listings being overshadowed by stuff that is not what a buyer is looking for.

    I still have an old 1960s chest freezer in my garage. It still works wonderfully, though does occasionally need a defrosting by hand.

    You can place put a thread in Employment asking for photographers to contact you. You could also search that section to see if any have advertised there.
