I wonder if they mean after April 15th or May 15th. If they start porting and then removing the E2V systems on April 15th, that doesn't give folks much time. Hopefully, they mean May 15th, giving everyone plenty of time to get the redeliveries and use credits/gift cards.

I don't know how you can claim it was wrong info. Those were pictures of the Jenny head attached to my Maitreya body, with no neck sizing and using XS and S. If all of my slider values were exactly as you specified, then mine probably would look like your pictures. However, since all folks do not have their various body size sliders at the same value, there is the potential for anyone to have exactly what I showed in the pictures. In this case, I will have to play with my body sliders to get a proper fit.

This jives with what we have always told folks here on the forums. Since other people have said that they left Premium and came back and their original stipend was restored, I'm guessing LL changed the rules at some point. Those folks likely returned to Premium before the new rules (stated above) went into effect. That is just all my personal guess based on the various reports from people saying that they did go back to their original stipend and others saying they did not.

I knew there was something about this that I was forgetting but was nudging the back of my head. Not having a mesh head myself, I haven't yet run in to this issue.

In case you haven't heard, E2V is retiring their services as of the end of May this year. They provide Redelivery and Credit services for a lot of creators. If you have any credit or a gift card at one of the stores using E2V, you should either use it or at least check with the store about their plans going forward. You may also want to get a redelivery of every item you bought and toss those in a box, just in case. Initally I gave them the benefit of doubt and assumed it was simply a mistake since the demo HUD has the buttons visble. However, per Vanity's conversation with a CSR, she was told that they "hid them because too many people were actually messing their necks up" -- and IMO, that is stupid. Where have they stated this? I'm a member of their group and have been for months. There have been no group notices saying that the HUD is being updated.

While I don't have an answer, it is possible that you can remedy the situation by trying a few other things before relogging: 1) Under 'Me' (or Avatar in Firestorm), go to Avatar Health and click "Refresh Attachments" 2) Detach and reattach the head

If you installed any other viewer after Firestorm it could have messed up the association. There is a way to reset that in Windows somewhere. I found it easier to install the Firestorem SLURL Proxy app. Worst case after installing any other viewer you just have to reopen the SLURL Proxy app and re-tell it to make Firestorm the default app for SLURLs. I actually bumped two old accounts back up to premium using their last quarterly promo and then switched the billing to yearly just before the quarterly was due to renew. It saved me a few bucks.

I'm betting that they really don't want people to do the 'name change' too often. I wouldn't be surprised with a price anywhere from US $25-50. However, I do still think that they ought to offer a single name change free of charge for everyone with a last name of Resident.

It will be similar to how names were created years ago. You will be given a selection of last names to choose from and you can pick any first name you want to go with the last name as long as it results in a unique name. The only thing we do not know yet is how much it will cost and exactly when later this year it will be available.

It is possibly a network problem, with your connection or maybe with your ISP.

It is also possible that your antivirus decided to disallow that plugin, so check those logs and see if maybe the file got quarantined - it has happened before.
