Well maybe if you had more to offer to the conversation other than " I haven't encountered any xxx in a long time". Those statements don't exactly further the discussion much.

If there is another plot in the same region as your current one, then you could buy that and then you can share the LI - i.e. use the extra LI from the second plot on your first plot (all plots owned by the same person/group can share the LI across all plots). Otherwise you'll need to sell your existing land and buy a new larger plot.

You can click any of those radio buttons that you want and unless you actually own the additional land or donate the tier you won't really be paying the money. In order to get more land, you have to buy it. If you don't select the $7 level before you by the land, the purchase will request your approval to raise the tier level at purchase time. If you select that radio button yourself, then the purchase will tell you that it won't be an increase in tier. After that, your payment method will automatically be charged the $7 each month -- the extra tier charge is a monthly charge.

Newbies walk about naked with the previous sets of starter avs, so yeah, they will with this set also - at least the ones that just go straight to the sex locations

Hmmm, it might be time for us to send out the group rules again. I'm pretty sure that I've not seen a resend of them since I returned a couple of years ago.

You wouldn't see what Tali sees. We can each see our own warnings, but not anyone else's. If you didn't receive an email about anything, then you'll just have to guess about why it was removed. By the same token, no email also means no actual warning points were slapped on you, so that is a plus. I don't remember what was posted and removed, but I'll note the following restrictions: No nipples or genitals allowed and no cussing. I've seen pics that violate those standards, but never noticed whether they were ultimately removed or not.

I could sure use a comfy fire today. I woke to an outside temp of negative 8 fahrenheit (that's -22 celsius). It has finally made it up to zero, but my furnace is still fighting to get the house warmed to normal temperature. We have it set to go down to 63 at night and it has been running non-stop since wake-up at 5:00 (it is now 10:00 am) and it has only managed to get it warmed up to 70. While it isn't nearly as cold around here as the hit the midwest took, it is quite a bit colder than we have yet encountered this season.

I'm assuming you mean the highlighted setting in the pic below. It would not do anything on a sim marked as Moderate or Adult. If you give LL a birth date at signup that makes you under 18 years old in RL, then you are restricted to General sims, so all access to Moderate and Adult is 18+ by default. It is possible that you could use the checkbox on a General parcel to restrict anyone under 18 in RL - but I do not know for sure if that is true or not.

Also, you cannot change the rating of a parcel from moderate to general or anything else. The rating applies to the whole sim and cannot be changed by a parcel owner. I think he's referring to the below setting in the About Land / Options tab. It makes no sense that you could untick it - what would that even mean? Maybe it is left over from before they created the Adult regions. This pic is for a parcel on a Mainland "Moderate" sim:

While doing so, I created a new alt for myself, to show her different things. That alt was created while I was visiting her, so when LL asked me the question, there was a slim possibility that my memory was failing a bit and the alt I was trying to recover was really the alt I had created while visiting my mom - I have let a few go by the wayside over the years. The odds were against that as I only created one alt at her place out of the approx. dozen or so that I have. Otherwise, I could give address, city, state, zip - since all the others were created at my current address.

When I picked up my Autohide package, it came with stuff for putting directly into clothing and stuff for creating that stand-alone prim. So maybe go back to the original delivered package and find the pieces and instructions for putting the scripts directly into the clothing.

Do they not even teach basic comma usage in school anymore? I really have to lower my expectations these days when I'm reading things from the younger generation. *sigh*

Did anyone ever say what actually went wrong since you've done this before and it worked fine before? If Skrill can't explain why the transaction did not actually go through on their end, I'd definitely be leery of trying another one with them.
