All you need is correct the problem to relist it. Guess what, I already thought about that. If another merchants rates my product bad, it might be also a matter of taste, or his/her personal opnions about quality. I just say: Be careful. If I wanted to I could find always a reason for a bad rating, no? Another one of my products was flagged for absolutely no reason (the official reason was keyword spam). I checked the keywords, and all of them were appropriate. So? Me and my alts could do this all day, but what would it say about me? Right, that's also my opnion. As long as the flagger remains anonymous, this will continue to waste staff time. We need the commerce team to concentrate on real issues as opposed to petty busy work. I say if the flagged was named, this would reduce the utter nonsense.

  5. nvm see below and if you find something that is priced and still wrong please add to this thread. Interesting thing, now that items that have incorrect pictures are sometimes listed at no price, if you sort the whole marketplace by price low to high you get a huge list of the items that are problematic. [3744 items found without price] first item https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/LADY-ARMYtopskirtpantssocks/1404428 end item https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Gladiator-Femme-Black/1458558

  7. As a merchant, I totally understand your frustration. If you happen upon a store with the content photos are not what the description says, please consider adding it to my PSA thread. We are all in this together and hope that it gets fixed asap. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Merchants/PSA-Stores-that-have-image-product-issues-add-link-to-store-here/m-p/1496881
  8. In an effort to help with the JIRA for incorrect images in stores, I am going to use this thread to maybe help both the Merchant and LL identify the stores with issues. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/31001 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/11557 Please add as you find:) SLM is too slow today for me to go manic on this o.O
  9. /me hands Czari an aspirin and a bunch of dark chocolate hearts [[[hugs]] and thanks!

  11. Kampu Oyen wrote: Please post the file number and the approximate date it was listed. I'm guessing it's around 15xxxx to 16xxxx and you listed it in October or early November 2010. Am I right? You would be wrong. The items are as follows: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/kimky-teen-outfit-alley-catblue/1424853 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/kimky-teen-outfit-alley-catfushia/1439104 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/kimky-teen-outfit-alley-catred/1413724 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/kimky-teen-outfit-alley-catgreen/1442160 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/kimky-teen-outfit-alley-catpurple/1425419 Now, you do the research to prove your theory
  12. Czari Zenovka wrote: 4 new borked listings in my store - items in the 1558xxx range. Images not mine with my items' descriptions/name, etc. These items have been in my store since before migration so they are not new items. They don't appear in my edit listings so I can't remove them. The odd thing is...the borked images with my descriptions - the real items with those descriptions are still intact with the correct images as well. It's the weird duplication thing I had previously. ok are these items correct? https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Heart-Candle-Woven-Base-Scripted/1558658 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Heart-Candle-Tiny-Hearts-Scripted/1558783 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Heart-Candle-Classic-Scripted/1558815 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Heart-Candles-Set/1846727 And these are the "foot candles" https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Heart-Candle-Woven-Base-Scripted/1417243 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Tiny-Hearts-Candle-Scripted/1417244 https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Heart-Candle-Classic-Scripted/1417242 It seems that the theory of 14xxx borkage is still intact. Have not found borkage in other series of numbers yet. Please post if any number not in the series 14xxx is borked.

All the lists of products on the marketplace are really search results, even when there are not keywords. It is a nice setup when it's not broken >_> Search results decide which records are returned, not the contents of individual records. The index breakage exposed formerly hidden broken listings, but they were already broken. Sigh.. re-indexing and cart routines should have caught this stuff a while back. Cerise, can you please ninja fix the database? This is no way to run a shopping cart system and with thousands of listings being dumped into the outbox hopper to update to DD before June 1st this is madness.
  15. Kampu Oyen wrote: The specific prediction was that the borkage would progress into 15xxxxx. If you care to dig, you can see who predicted it. Has that happened or not happened? So far no reported brokage in any series but 14xxx series Czari Zenovka scripted candles that are correct are in the 15xxx series and are correct I believe.
  16. What about a sim in the LEA set for a build contest of the SL9B cake? Various artists/builders could "bake our own cake"
  17. Czari Zenovka wrote: So LL is still introducing new things while the MP is still totally borked. Peachy. Well, they have lots of resources since SL9B is kaput;)
  18. Linden Lab wrote: Having seen the feedback in this thread and elsewhere about the plan for SL9B celebrations, we wanted to elaborate a bit about why we’ve decided to focus on promoting numerous events hosted by the community this year, rather than hosting a centralized celebration as we have in the past. We want to give the Second Life community more control over the celebrations and to put the focus of the events where we think it really belongs: on you – the landowners, the creators, the artists, the DJs, the musicians, the venue managers – the people who make Second Life great every day. Many of you have invested both time and money in your own venues inworld, and we think the SL9B celebrations are a good opportunity to introduce new people to the work you’ve put into cultivating a community presence inworld (rather than potentially drawing traffic away from your region to a central event). A collection of decentralized events and exhibits means that not only can many more creators participate, but it should also help us to avoid some of the performance challenges that have lessened the fun for attendees at past SL Birthdays. As many of you have pointed out, there are pros and cons to the approach we’re taking this year, just as there have been in the past, but we hope you’ll choose to participate and enjoy the celebrations. You could at the very least have a Cake and Bear sim with live acts and speakers from LR. What a shame you don't see the added value in this event.

Thanks again for the swift responces. and I will add coment on that Jira enjoy your SL everyone *waves* Ah the old you forgot to tier down gotcha;)

I am not ready to use FS 24/7 and there are now places and stores I will not visit until I go FS all the way. [not to mention the clothes where the person wearing them does not use the alphas and I see boobies ] Welcome to modern SL. Use mesh or its no longer comprehensible. Time to upgrade past 2009. I can sympathize with the cost of upgrading hardware - but in viewers, we've had 3 years to move on, and its really time. Oh no my hardware works fine on V3 Fs etc etc I only wish that the silver screen [GOM'ed from On-Rez] version was on the V3 by LL. I would be using it now. It;s a vision/eyes/headache thing.
