    I am trying to file a support ticket on a marketplace issue right now. When I select Marketplace and then General Marketplace Issue, fill out the rest of the fields and hit submit, it keeps throwing up an error telling me to choose a valid field as 'Marketplace is not an available option'...

    If you know which sim your avatar is on, have that sim restarted. That usually clears the problem.

    Well, just to add my own experience with it! I'm using IE8 and the 'remove marked' button is completely unresponsive. When I click it, the page doesn't even refresh. Suella I took your advice and downloaded the Google Chrome browser JUST to delete some favourites as I had pages and pages and PAGES of items in there! They deleted fine in Google Chrome.
