I was really upset. So many changes to SL in the past few years that I felt the world of SL was safer with him at the helm. Sending condolences to the Lab and his family.

My younger brother died last July. He didn't believe Covid was a big deal because Trump downplayed the virus and he like millions belived their leader and took unnecessary risks. It's heartbreaking.

Thanks for replying. I did read their TOS, so no need to throw things at me. I hadn't seen the popups stating they collected cookies until recently and got me thinking. I'm getting notices everywhere that Linden Labs is now collecting cookies, tracking, what we buy, how we use MP, etc. I'm not sure I like them knowing what I'm doing in Second Life--privacy is what I loved the most. Anyone else have thoughts?

I quit custom work because it was too hard to please ppl. Once made five red ribbons for a customer and it wasn't *her* red. Even though she gave me an original swatch!!! Limit what you're willing to do.

Had second Phizer Vax 3 weeks ago and most of the family is vaxed. Still wearing masks around town but not so anxious. My younger brother died of Covid in July. Two friends also. Second Life has been a real comfort during these times.

Does anyone want to use BOM for clothing again? I've many gowns and women clothes made prior to mesh. Some look great on BOM, as I've tested and created new clothes as well as updated a few gowns. But it's unclear to me if the population is interested. The bom looks way better than on a standard body and offers natural drop shadows. The main issue is clean matching lines for various bodies, similar to mesh sizing. Clean shoulder lines on body A, skewed lines on body B. AND BOM bodies look perfect on some bodies, while other bodies have irregularities that can't be fixed by the designer. A newer body is offering a fix on their hud for butt suck and bewbies clinging with BOM. resolving one main gripe about BOM Clothing. Anyways curious if you think it's coming back in a serious way. I've searched for answers but most BOM is skin and makeups. Thanks if you have time.

Is anyone having problems with prims moving back to original location "after" moving them? And is anyone having issues editing prims, specifically "getting hold of it?" I'm having trouble getting into hold of prims in edit. Especially linking items, grab one, second one, no way will it link without stopping and trying again. Is this an issue on my land or is Second Life having issues? I'm an experienced builder but drifting prims, and uncooperative edits is making me nuts. Been this way for a few weeks. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I picked one up a few days ago. Huge new area still not fully released. The whole sim is empty and script messages on every house with area info. Stay tuned for those.

No nothing. I was on, too, but no indication of return items or nothing.

Linden Labs insists I abandoned it. As a ten year steady member and content developer, I'm not buying it. I would have gathered my items, not just abandoned my home with such recklessness. But they have all the power. I got another house but I'll mise my ocean view and wonderful neighbors.

All day I can't log in. Ridiculous.

Today I TP'd to my Linden home on Belisseria, a traditional home I've owned since it opened. Ok, right? WELL, to my surprise my house is now owned by someone else? My account is in good standing! I didn't abandon my house. What is going on? I put up a ticket but not expecting help from the Lab. But that's just so wrong on every level. I went through all my emails, perchance they send me some violation, which is nuts b/c I rarely go to this house!

Why is it defunct? I use mine still.

They removed my Hello Kitty jams but meanwhile there are other Hello Kitties by others never taken down. I get annoyed when they single out one and not all. Usually these are not the companies but other members hitting that report button.

All clothing buy year, including hair, shoes,etc. HOUSEWAREs includes everything from folders for houses, items in house. Sub folders holidays, yard etc. I use dates because I always filed by date in bookkeeping.
