  1. If no one is interested this sim will go offline on April 27th.
  2. I'm downsizing and would like to sell my homestead. IM me in world to discuss.
  3. The name of the sim is Klimact and that has to be changed as the name is going to be attached to an existing sim. Move it wherever you want. It's empty now so you can start building on it while waiting for transfer if you like. Tier date is the first of every month. Contact Lindsay Dover inworld or email me at hello@klimact.com
  4. As stated, we are a Georgia Limited Liability Company. This is public information that can easily be drawn from the Georgia Secretary of State. Feel free to actually follow a link. https://ecorp.sos.ga.gov/BusinessSearch/BusinessInformation?businessId=2246822&businessType=Domestic Limited Liability Company My issue with you is that you chose to defame a company without complete information. If you aren't interested, just move along. You claim to be so in tune with being African blah blah blah but you are clearly practicing clear crabs in a barrel mentality by trying to pull down another African American business. I have not violated anything. You came to my post trolling and lying. I don't have to justify why I wanted to hire an LSL developer nor do I need to justify to you why your trolling is annoying. Trying to boost your own company by tearing down another is just classic jealousy.
  5. We are seeking to expand our software product line in 2019 to include products built for Second Life and we need an LSL Developer to join the team. The work is part-time contract work with a real-life software development firm and we are looking or someone that is in the time zones of GMT to GMT -8 as we are a US company and need someone available during business hours of EST (GMT -5). The right developer for this position has some experience with building LSL/PHP platforms as well as maybe have some experience with Javascript and Python. Our team is currently comprised of front-end and full stack devs so we need an LSL dev to round out our capabilities. This is a long-term position and pays bi-weekly payroll in USD with direct deposit for US folks and we would need to discuss options for international folks. Pay can be in USD (or your currency conversion) or in Linden. The rate can be negotiated but we are looking for someone in the range of L$3600 - L$4700 per hour ($16-20 USD/hr). If interested, please email your resume with samples of your work (things you've created on MP or elsewhere) to lindsay@doverbx.com. Dover Business Exchange is the SL arm of the company. You can go to https://toucodirect.com to learn more about the main company. This is the perfect position for someone looking to break into software development as a freelancer or an experienced freelancer looking for additional projects to be apart of for their portfolio.

  7. This position has been cancelled at the current moment while we work out some issues with inworld access to our tools.
  8. And this position is open again. This position is probably best for someone who is already freelancing or does not work a full time job. Also, engagement is important as I do not have time to chase people. A quick IM to update works wonders. No weekend work required but long hours in SL are a plus. The pay is $2000L/hr or $9 USD/hr for 90 day probationary period. Pay increases to $3000L/hour or $13 USD/hr after probation. Max 5 hrs a week. Please contact me in world or email me your resume at lindsay@doverbx.com. Thanks!
  9. The deadline is beyond but that doesn't mean I wanted to procrastinate and do it at the last minute which is what's happening now. I could have done this in 3 days easy with 4 days to spare but I'll likely be 2 days down and barring other issues, that leaves me a much smaller buffer than I am comfortable with. I don't mind being behind when it's my fault, it's annoying when I'm dependent upon someone else though.
  10. You don't have to have a home to use land. Just find a piece of land and rez your skybox in the air. For what you are trying to spend on it anyway, renting your own land would be easier to contend with.
  11. Yeah, tried live chat. Shuts down 3pm SLT. I'm in the US too and our holiday isn't until Wednesday so I'm not sure why things would be so thin but I guess folks took vacation or something. I've been patient, I guess. I mean, I akin it to my dedicated server going down. I email my datacenter and it's back up in minutes. I have clients that depend on my server always being up. Same difference here, to me at least. I'm just disappointed that support has changed so drastically to the point a down sim isn't a priority since it's something someone is paying a premium for. I've literally lost an entire day of building and will end up having to build on the 4th of July to make up the lost time in order to meet the deadline I set with my clients.
  12. I purchased a sim today in the midst of all the issues. I tped there from my account like the email said, started building and what not but had to tp to the other sim to pack it up for the move. Now I can't tp back to the sim I purchased today. I've restarted it from the website about 9 times now, put it in safe mode, everything, filed a ticket, no dice. It's been down or whatever is going on now for about 6 hours. I knew that Concierge is no longer 24 hours anymore but I thought downed regions was a priority item. I guess I need to understand when support is actually available and what is done when. I suppose I'm still spoiled from the days of old of 24/7 Concierge. Can I do anything here or should I just chalk it up as a lost day of building and wait 24-48 hours for a resolution?
  13. My RL Development Agency has assets in SL that we need someone to manage. This position can be either paid in Linden or via Direct Deposit as a 1099 Contractor (preferred). We have 3 products that will need oversight: A business incubator for SL businesses and RP sim development An adult themed rp sim A Software Product for RP Sim Marketing The position will be officially released to the public for hiring but someone with SL experience is preferred. If you are a VA in RL, this might be a great fit for you as the task is max 5hrs per week. Contact Etienne De Arnaud (lindsay.dover) if interested.
