I visited your Houseboat and I see what you mean. I have a houseboat a few spaces left from yours. I altered 2 of the builds you used and purchased a paint kit too. I'm using the Windlass for the same reason you did. I'm so grateful to get a boat, I'm sticking with this one.

Boathouses available to rent for $1000L per week with a 750 prim allowance. Our Beach Houses are rented for $1200L per week for 750 prims. Your prim allowance does not include the provided build. Each space is parceled off. Control your music and media. Only restriction is ban lines. Dock your boat next to your Boathouse or Beach House Additional Boat slips/mooring available for $250L per week with a 150 prim allowance.
