It depends if you just want the account back or you want the situation investigated.

First change the password. Then depending on the situation you can contact support if you want to, but there main concern would be to get the account secure again. If it was the result of you telling someone your password for example, they will not have much sympathy for you.

Try clearing the cache for your main account, see if that helps.

It has been happening to a lot of people recently & seems to be connected to DNS issues. Switch off your router & leave it off for a few minutes & then reboot your computer. That fixes it for most people.

You need to use: First name = Hyutii38 Last name= Resident

In addition to Cinn`s excellent answer, the "Everyone" role has pay group liabilities checked by default & not all group owners realise that. They need to uncheck it if they don`t want the members paying for things like search fees, classified ads etc. They are correct that they are not getting the money, but it is them that should be paying the money, not all the members. Unless of course it is intentional.

The only way to sort outfits into categories is by renaming them using a character or word at the start of each one in each category. For example * Outfit 1 * Outfit 2 # Outfit 1 # Outfit 2 CASUAL - Outfit 1 CASUAL - Outfit 2 At least that way it will sort them in blocks in the list.

For every sale on the vendor I get 2 entries in my transactions & as far as I was aware, the reason it needed permissions was so that it could take money from my account to pay me. Your trading limit starts from when you make your first buy & it will go up automatically after that each week until it reaches level 1 US$2500 a month. After that it will depend on your activity if it things you need to go up again, because tbh level one is high enough for most users unless they start a buisness. If you did suddenly start a business or something and needed to jump from level 1 you can submit a ticket requesting an increase.

@ Peggy, its not a button as such, its a small checkbox (use lossless compression) on the upload floater just above the upload button, but its mostly greyed out. It is usually only lit up if you are uploading sculpty UV maps & it has no effect on anything over 128x128. If you upload a sculpt map & check the box, you will find that it stays checked even when it is greyed out for other uploads.

Go somewhere quiet like the sim Smith. Open your library clothing folder & drag one of the initial avatar folders onto your avvie, then clear your cache & relog back to Smith. When you get back, open your inventory to the recent items tab & stay there until it is fully reloaded. You can type in the inventory search bar to prompt fetching, but other than that don`t do anything until its done. If the buggy sim is yours or you know the owner, you could get that restarted too, but if it was happening in other places that may not be necessary.

I don't think its just a Mac thing, I'm on Windows 7 & was trying to take a pic with shadows the other day while I was wearing alpha layers and that didn't work at all, the alphas just vanished. I assumed it was just because shadows are a buggy feature in general.

Only you can decide if you trust it or not. For my rezzer/vendors I always have to grant those permissions, because when customers pay the vendor, the vendor then has to pay me, so it is not unusual for vendors to ask that. If you are using a system from a reputable company that are commonly used then it should be fine, but if you want to double check you can always ask someone else that you see using the same ones to make sure & put your mind at rest.

The box checks itself if it is available for the upload you are trying to do, at least mine does. It only works on small textures.

Try using a different browser too.

There are currently 1789 mainland 512sqm parcels for sale in land search, with the cheapest one being 290L. I`m sure there must be at least one that you like

I quite like the mainland, its a completely different SL from life on private estates & over the years I`ve owned quite a lot of land there at different times, even when I had 3 sims to hangout on I still liked to keep a bit of real SL. I have downsized a lot now so all I have left is dinky little 1120sqm parcel. There is a lot of abandoned land nearby so I would happily extend it if LL was gonna give me a bonus for having my sim.

There is no denying that shite happens, I just lost a load of stuff in a coalesced object that failed to rez & apparantly can`t be recovered & we hear all the time of strange disappearances of inventory & accounts where deliquency or admin hold weren`t even a factor. So I`m certainly not saying nothing ever goes wrong. With the crappy payment system over the last few months, LL have caused dozens of accounts to go into deliquency & onto automatic hold, so that they can then remove the hold after the event, as apparantly they can`t stop it before it happens. But I haven`t heard that this causes inventory loss, if putting accounts on hold automatically caused inventory loss it would be a ridiculous system. I'm not sure that automatic downgrading is a good fix for deliquency, that would mean if your CC screwed up, instead of just fixing the payment & getting your account back, you would have lost all your land & probably had all your stuff (and others) returned....and lost as coaleseced objects lol Maybe I missed all the reports of inventory loss due to accounts being put on hold for temporary deliquency, but seems to me if that was a regular event we would be hearing a lot of people screaming about it.
