I`m a bit confused as to why people are claiming the OP is underage, there have been MANY age verification failures, the system is buggy, it has nothing to do with the person not being old enough. Georgianna, if the automated Age Verification will not work for you, unfortunately Manual Verification via Support Ticket is not available to basic members. The best you can do is to get Account verified, this will get you access to adult seach and all adult regions that do not have the added requirement of Age Verification specified. As explained in earlier posts, if you are in US simply add your payment info to your account. If you are outside of US buy the minimum amount of Lindens allowed ($5 worth I think it is) by using a credit card and once you are Account verified you will be able to set your rating to adult in preferences inworld.

Are you sure you are wearing it and that it isn`t just following you? I have a raincloud that follows me, but it s not worn & if I click it it dies. You said you can click the snow generator but it doesn`t have a detach option, does it have a delete or take option instead?

Depending on your set up, you sometimes need to enable "show hidden files/folders" to get to the log location in Application Data. You can look in your preferences to see the location path of things that are saved to your HD & you can also change that to a location that you don`t commonly wipe (such as an external HD). I appreciate this may not help in your current situation but may be a good thing to look at for future record keeping. Good Luck with LL

Hi Soulsurvivor, Firstly you won`t get a Linden to reply here, You can try calling the toll free billing number for an answer but even premium members can`t get what you are asking for. Its really your own responsibility to save Transaction records to your HD before they get deleted. The only thing I can suggest is, do you save your chat logs to your HD? If so you may have relevant conversations from the time saved.

The slow moving could just be lag when your FPS drops, you don`t say if you are getting that consistantly even in low lag situations. Emergence is a Phoenix hybrid that doesn`t get updated, its possible the voice plugin didn`t instal properly. Try downloading Phoenix just to see if you have all the same issues on that viewer.

Hi Bobbie, First try rebaking a few times (ctrl alt R) If you can`t rebake yourself back to normal, there are a couple of things you can try. Method 1 Create a folder, name it something easy to find so you can always keep it in your inventory for future use, like Normal Me or whatever. Put a copy of your usual basic components in there...Skin, shape, eyes, hair, huds etc and a basic shirt and pair of pants. Right click on the folder and select REPLACE Method 2 Reset your avvie to default Advanced Menu >>Character>>Character Tests >> Test Male (or Female) or Developers Menu (ctrl alt Q)>>Avatar>>Character Tests>>Test Male (or Female) Depending which viewer you are on. After whichever method works, you will need to put yourself back together with your usual parts, though after method 2 this will take more time than method 1

Hi Topsy, You will probably find that the shadows and shading on the skin look different at different times of day and depending which way you are facing. Some people wear facelights to keep a more consistant and even lighting effect on their faces & the pictures you mention almost certainly have lights on. EDIT: I have sent you one inworld to try, there are lots available if you want to get a different one

Hi Rothgar, This seems to suddenly be happening more than usual, which implies that LL has changed the trigger that mutes oneself. If you can recall the last thing you typed that triggered the mute could you please post it here. The old one was " << " so my guess it will be some sort of sequence of unusual characters. Thank you

I totally agree with Dark & Honey, I also use an alt for my business to crash test new products/perms etc. I think most creators do. The bottomline is that its a slippery slope when you start to be more concerned about what other people are doing than about your own SL (unless they are trying to do you harm), it can become obsessive and at the end of the day did you join SL to become a detective or to have fun?

I suspect that 90% of of residents have one or more alts. Using multiple accounts is very common, even all the Lindens have them lol There are gadgets that claim to be able to detect multiple accounts but they are incredibly inaccurate. They will pick up alts that are not alts and miss ones that are. My advice would be, assume everyone has alts & don`t fret over it, some people like to have a 3rd life and a 4th life etc

Thats the way to do it, fiddle with stuff hehe Try different combinations of all the suggestions you have had here, for example with the one you now have on, try the HTTP get texures on and off, try adjusting the different sliders in graphics at different levels...Avatars high, terrain low etc....try different draw distances...eventually you will find the combination of settings that works the best for your computer. Keep your ARC (avatar rendering cost) as low as possible without having to resort to looking like a noob. You can switch on a numeric display that tells you your current ARC, ideally you want it in the green on a low number like 400 but with prim hair it is very hard to get it uber low, just avoid it being like 7000 lol Not sure where the display is in 2.3, in my viewer it is in Advanced menu>>rendering>>info displays>>Avatar rendering cost. Poke about in the advanced and developers menus on 2.3 and I`m sure you will find it, or someone might post directions for that viewer.

What graphics card do you have out of interest? Another thing you could try is, save a copy of all yourself into a folder & name it whatever ya like so you can find it, then reset your avatar to default in: Developers Menu (Ctrl Alt Q)>>Avatar>>Character Tests>>Test Female Once you have been changed into a noob, drag the folder back onto your avvie to change you back to yourself again.

Are you using 2.4? Sounds like a familiar story with that viewer. You appear to have tried all the usual fixes too. The only others I can think of are to remove attachments, switch off HTTP Get Textures on the developers menu & if all else fails, go back to Viewer 2.3.
