If people are using their patch of lawn for Jacuzzis etc then there is no reason you can`t use yours for horses. Afterall both are just scripted prims & I doubt LL would say no to one and yes to the other. There are some scripted animals that wander around and cause "collisions", I could see those being not allowed, don`t the horses in question just stand there?

Your Linden home fits pretty tightly on its plot of land but if you want to keep your horses in the house or on your patio you can, remember that you only have 117 prims there, I don`t know how many prims those horses are but that would be the only constraint I can think of.

It went to your group. Tomorrow it will be divided equally between all members that have the "liabilities and dividends" ability checked & paid to their accounts as a dividend. So first thing you should do now is check what "roles" have that ability checked (it is default for the Everyone role) and uncheck it lol Personally I only have that checked for the "Owner" role in my groups, you can`t switch it off on that role. If you go to your group info page, on the Land & $ tab you can see how rich your group is

Are they mashed up sculpties? Try going to debug (ctrl alt shift S) & paste in RenderVolumeLODFactor increase the number to 4 or more (depending on how good your puter is, mine is on 8) If that doesn`t work and you are using an ATI graphics card, disable the VBO in Preferences>>Graphics>>Hardware options

2 obvious questions come to mind.... 1. Is it switched on? 2. Are you testing on a sim that does not allow everyone to run scripts?

I think I found it Go to: Firefox>>Tools>>Options>>Applications>>Secondlife Mine is set to "Always Ask"

It is a very small box, maybe you have a strong pop-up blocker and it thinks that it is an ad...Just a thought

I also use FF, I haven`t tried it on IE, I never used to get the popups on XP, so I assumed they were a Windows 7 thing...I wonder where they come from? lol Here is a pic of the pop-up if it helps, maybe you can find a way to enable it on yours:

I have Windows 7 and if I click a SLURL from outside of SL it opens a small popup window listing all Viewers installed on my puter and asks me to select which one to use, there is always one highlighted already (usually Phoenix) though I never had to set one as my default viewer. I am not sure how it picked that one, maybe it is because its the most recent update (the only LL viewer I have installed is 1.23) Even if you are not getting the same popup that I get, the systsem must be doing the same, it will know all the viewers you have installed and it has some method of selecting which one is default. Unfortunately in your case it is not offering you the option to select a different one instead & it sounds like it is choosing the most recent update as your default.

Click on your name at the top of the screen where it says "Welcome Jennifer Boyle" then on the left you will see "Change photo and avatar"

Did you already trying clearing your cache and logging in to a low lag sim to let your inventory load?

Do other people hear it? Do you hear music on other sims? Are you speakers switched on? (you would be amazed how often thats the problem lol)

I haven`t used Imprudence in particular, but all viewers as far as I know allow you to adjust the camera offset. Its possible that your setting in Imprudence is set further back from your avatar. Check through the various preferences and debug settings, often after making a change you need to relog to see a difference.

The Flash Player Plugin for Internet Explorer and Chrome does not work for SL. Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ choose the plugin for Other Browsers, see if that helps.

The error reports usually give a good clue to the problem, even if they use some geeky wording sometimes. Old items can kick up errors that just need the script to be reset to fix, so they aren`t always too tragic. Good luck troubleshooting

They are scipt errors, if you click them they open the error box and tell you what the error is. For example, if you had a script to run an anim and the anim wasn't put in with it, you would get a script error saying something like "could not find anim <named whatever> "

Yay welcome back Ambyer, I was dying to know what was happening with your intriguing problem Excellent news that its worked for LL viewer, that means it would seem that it was residual stuff on there from the old system causing the conflict. If Phoenix is your fave viewer, I assume thats been on there before too, so there has to be some old Phoenix bits lurking too. Personally I would do same thing as before only look for all things Phoenix related this time to get every bit of that off there before reinstalling. Hopefully someone more techy minded than me will post some good places to look for Phoenix leftovers if you can`t find them. EDIT: I asked someone smarter than me for input & have a few questions for you .. 1. Did you delete the folder at: Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Second Life during your last cleanout? If not zap that one & reinstal. 2. Do you have an old system restore point further back than when you first installed Phoenix? 3. When you put back the stuff you saved from your failed HD, what sort of stuff did you put back, was it program related?

Hi Yomi, Clear your cache and relog, your inventory will reload from the database then instead of from your HD.

Check your filters to make sure they are all switched on.

Sell it to yourself for 0L Make sure you specifically name yourself, don`t do a sale to Anyone for 1L and hope to buy it fast enough cos a land bot may beat you to it.
