  1. I have nothing to add to the thread, except I thought I had written the above, because it was in purple! And that was a wholly weird sensation, because of course I didn't. Peeve: That I can't copyright my font. haha, (wrong thread!).
  2. (Thank you, I don't think that's bad at all, as long as there are 9 hours where I can have peace and catch up on some ZzzzzZZzzzs) Your wish is granted, but you happen to like a mesh head that only you find beautiful and which absolutely horrifies everyone else in Second Life. I wish the people who worked in my local pharmacy were happy.
  3. Granted, you have a drink of vodka with liquidised cockroaches, as you are currently in the Celebrity Jungle programme on TV. (I feel really bad about this, because I think you're smashing. You can forfeit the drink but lose a meal for camp, and have just water instead). I wish everybody's body clock was the same so no one disturbed anyone else outside of the hours 11pm and 8am.
  4. Grid status has just been updated. Logins have been disabled while they work on the issue. https://status.secondlifegrid.net/
  5. Granted, but it's a small one you work with a remote control and it absolutely eats batteries. I wish I could write a best-selling book that was made into a film franchise.
  6. I audibly said "Wow, just WOW!" out here in my real life at Sandor's photos. Really captured the essence of the Rocky Horror Show. Really enjoyed the photos.
  7. That's astounding. I mean, the amount of work that must have gone into doing that. Looks like it was brilliant.
  8. I wish that the Holiday Season really meant everyone was going to get a holiday, put their feet up for a while, have some egg nog or something equally festive in whichever part of the world they live.
  9. Peeve: That people in Second Life can be so creative but they would rather create something like that. My real life face has now set permanently into a sucking lemons face. Great!
  10. You might actually find some great workarounds with all your experimentation that will benefit other people wishing to cross dress. I mean, there are plenty of people in world that do this already, but I think they tend to change their body shape rather than try to make what's available fit their regular male/female avatar.
  11. Things can only get better from here onwards, Sid. Peeve: That abscesses always seem to form in the most inaccessible and inconvenient of places. Peeve: That people are always happy to receive my money but not supply the goods in a timely manner (not SL of course where it is all instant in that respect, so that's a pet delight really, instant gratification.)
  12. Someone has one currently listed for sale on ebay with a bizarre price tag on it of Canadian $311.50 (£183.81 UK equivalent), after knocking 11% off the original price, "some fading from wear, small hole in armpit".
  13. Weirdos gonna weird! That peeves me too. They've probably found you in a group listing, see you're online, feeling a bit horny, and decided to send a random IM. Sending 10 or 20 similar IMs out, they probably get 9 or 19 responses like yours of total disgust, but might drop lucky and someone takes it as a compliment and hooks up with them.
  14. I totally agree with you. AI, as we all know, is only as good as whatever has been programmed into it, and it would make sense to make a more demure image. I guess if we all were using the same software, we'd start to see more similarities, like there was that fun software a couple of years ago (Toon Me) where you'd upload a photo of your avatar (or real life self), and be given four different cartoon versions. It all seems very clever, and must have taken plenty of man (woman/person) hours to program. It's hard to go back into Second Life itself and see myself without all the make-up, as it were, after creating an AI representation of my avatar.
  15. Very "Bridgerton" and I agree with Spirit wholeheartedly. Very hard to take your eyes away from such a stunning work of art.
  16. This one is my favourite. Those eyes are like liquid, and just the combination of the colours is causing dopamine to be released in my brain.
