I enjoyed the event, even the trolly collisions. Poor Patch looked like he was having a wardrobe malfunction at the Hugging Booth this year. It was a nice treat to be given bears after getting hugs from Wendi and Midori Linden. Thanks for the memories!

If I was a Premium Plus member, I found a primo chalet in my idle hopping that has been stuck in maintenance since November 2022! Most of the waterfront ones hadn't been released in this particular region. I assumed the one I checked was still unreleased. It had been abandoned. Is it really taking that long for chalets to make it through the queue?

I think I landed a stilt nearby and I couldn't get into the region at that time. My reaction was {what the eff?). I ended up giving up the stilt, which was lovely, too.

I've been landing some lovely houseboat locations recently!

I thought they were giving us Ice Gray back as a choice for Trads. I used that often in my homes. I understand the need to sacrifice a color for the ability to have our own colors. But Ice Gray (or Grey) didn't need to be one of them.

It's either feast or famine for me. Usually I'll land two gorgeous Trads at the same time. I can never justify having more than one house of the same theme. It helps when an alt is getting ready to expire, though. It makes the letting go a little easier.

Marianne, the individual components are 1 or 2 LI, but when you string them together, they add up fast. I've never been good with optimizing prims. I'm willing to sacrifice for ambience.

However, I just got a string of error messages (I'm talking pages of error messages) and I couldn't change them to correspond with the day/night schedule. The new premium star lights work fine. I like the old ones, too, so I hope those get fixed. I don't have a problem editing them into place. I'm not a scripter, though.

I was thrilled with the lights, because I could use them on the new houseboat models and the Vics!

I think one of the weirdest but wonderful things that happened to me was when I was flipping houses. I hadn't picked a houseboat on the land page but when I logged in, I had landed a houseboat in Eagles Fly. My late husband's emblem was the eagle, and I got the houseboat around our anniversary that year. It probably was just a crashed region glitch, but it felt like a hello from Michael.

Believe me, I can appreciate your sentiments. I had an expiring alt that had landed a Victorian that I felt I couldn't keep. Miraculously the person who landed it after me gave it up today. An alt with premium through the 29th landed the same house! A Victorian Christmas!

I think I rented a houseboat like this on a private estate several years ago. It was pretty cool.

They are releasing new regions near the chalets. I landed one there a day or so ago. So it's not the usual dearth of houseboats. Obviously I'm behind the times in my forum reading. You've already landed a houseboat. 😄

I landed one in a new region and 32 x 32 only had one houseboat that worked with the view of the lighthouse! That's why the 16 x 64 have always been my fave parcels. Close but no cigar!
