Hi Nanata, An easy way to start is to go to the top of your dashboard page, go into 'shopping', then 'marketplace'. From there you can search for individual items like hair, skin or clothing or search for a complete new avatar. You can spend 0 Linden all the way up to thousands. One piece of advice--if you find something that costs a fair amount of Lindens, like skin or hair, make note of the creator and visit their shop in world. That way you can try on demo skins and hair to find the best look for you.

Well I did get mine, and it didn't come on Saturday as the CSR told me. I have always read that it comes on Tuesdays, not on the day of the week you sign up for premium. Hmmm makes me wonder about the quality of help I'll get using live chat.

Funny that support told you they are sent on Tuesdays but I was told I'll get mine on Saturdays since I joined on a Saturday...???

I just went premium on Saturday and I had read that the stipend is received on Tuesdays...but was just told via live chat that I'll get mine every Saturday since that will be a week since I have joined. That's contrary to what I've read so maybe there is a hold up with the stipend delivery if it was due today.

Yes that sounds like a pretty awesome deal. I'm still kind of surprised that LL allows that but I'm glad to know that they do! I didn't know that there could be 2 owners of a group either.

Great! Thanks for the info, Storm. I have been reading about the 10% group discount for land allotment and am factoring that in too. As it stands my rent is still cheaper than paying tier so I might not branch out into buying land yet.

Thanks Peewee ! I thought LL would maybe discourage that since it would be one person on both alts getting the weekly bonus.
