I'm having real problems with the forum software recently. It simply won't work in Windows Explorer and I've been forced to load Firefox, which I don't like. When I try to post a new question, the screen comes up and lets me put in a title, but the lower part of the screen just sist there with the wheel going round and round. The same happens when I try to start a discussion. When I press the button that quotes who I'm replying to, it works the first and second times, then all the buttons at the top of the screen freeze. When I try to post a photo, it lets me select the pic I want, and then just hangs there. Anyone got any ideas? Like I said it works fine on Firefox, but not Windows Explorer.

Always make sure you have a decent and up-to-date antivirus running (I use Trend Micro). DON'T go for those awful commercials on the TV where grinning idiots tell you their Windows is working wonderfully after using the advertised software, they are a rip-off. (In fact, if you look closely, most of them are sitting in front of MACs. LOL.)

Not sure if this is true of everyone, but I know my IMs are automatically save to my hard drive. Try this. Go to Start/Run and type in %appdata%. In the Explore, click on the Second Life Folder, then the one with your sl name on. Inside you'll find all your IMs. Big Brother doesn't need to watch us. We're watching ourselves!
