I am selling our full sim with 20,000 prims available. It's terraformed into islands, but can be modified to your liking once you purchase it. The price includes the cost to transfer it to your account. This is not a rental, we are not keeping the sim. This is a full transfer sale only. Tier is due on the 1st of each month and is paid for August. The sim will be discontinued on August 31st if not sold.
