Trying one with a "Poster Edges" filter and Hue/Saturation for a dramatic comic booky effect.

You might consider trying AnyPose. There are other devices that do the same thing but I've been using this one for a while and it works well for what I do.

"Bangy" wasn't there when I checked earlier or Mari and I would've snuck over and taken another picture. :smileysad: But hopefully it's the best way to kickstart another torrent of silly pics, since the parcel with the plywood building to the west(?) is a build zone and you can rez a pose stand and drag it over to where she's sitting.......

We popped over to Ahern to see what the fuss was all about. There you were, sitting on a horse, holding a double-barreled shotgun and a huge, ridiculous-looking sign. If that's not a prime example of griefer bait, I don't know what is. Are you sure you're a grownup?

Marigold and I stopped by, and aside from the whole levitation thing I can't say we were impressed by this recent "Movie Star". Never one to pass up a photo op, though.

I'll agree with you that video is awful but for several *other* reasons. But, like most SL machinima, it's best to ignore it and go on with your day.

How old is your power supply? I was getting error messages in another (graphics intensive) game and narrowed it down to my power supply wasn't stable enough to power the video card at the full clock speed. In the Catalyst menu I dropped the AMD Overdrive setting to 25-50 less MHz and, while frame rate was slightly lower, I didn't get any more lockups or resets. Maybe?

I suggest, before you invest a single penny, to really dig in and research how things are done in SL. It's a fancy mess of animations, lighting, sets, lag, music, voice talent and a multitude of other mechanical and technological hurdles to really put a movie together the right way, and if you ask me SL isn't nearly up to the task. It's best to devote your time and talents to learning a good animation program if you want to do it right.
