You can use left click on ABP icon
click on create a filter
you select publicity with left click (you see the yellow selection) when you clicked is open a popup click add for add publicity on ABP list
you need also update sometimes APB go in option and update filter

When you sell your L$
your USD stay in your SL account
you can use it as a reduction for the payement is working in the (cashier)
if u need pay 295$ u pay with paypal on the cashier like 200$ and 95$ with the amount of your SL balance the sell of past L$
it's like supermarket u can give 20 in money and 40 with card
it's same for marketplaces
