  8. Marianne's assumption is correct; the 'network issues' would result in a variety of transaction failures and cause many data-fetching operations to fail. The failures are pretty straightforward when they occur, though; I wouldn't expect them to direclty result in packet loss or sim/viewer FPS reduction.

  11. Hi LadyBoy, I checked out Mandolin, and found the issue - it's affected by BUG-4704. When the viewer can't access the capabilities URLs, you'll find that you can't fetch your inventory, load meshes, view parcel details, etc, in addition to LSL scripts getting 'bad' URLs. I've contacted support about this instance of the bug on sim10586, but in the future I would recommend contacting support direclty, for a faster response.

  17. After further investigation, I found that the AGENT_MOUSELOOK flag is flakey when llGetAgentInfo() is called within a control() event. I've filed this bug: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-5763 This seems like it covers the issues you've described, but please let us know if you see broken behavior outside of the scope of this report.

I've tried the following things to see if mouselook detection gets messed up: Detaching and reattaching to HUD (while not in mouselook), then entering mouselook Crossing a region border (while walking or flying) when in mouselook or not in mouselook Crossing a region border on a vehicle when in mouselook or not in mouselook Teleporting via world map (when not in mouselook) Is some other behavior required to cause AGENT_MOUSELOOK to be incorrect? Some Jiras have been filed reporting script breakage with combat systems, which sounds very similar to what you're seeing.
