    My home, went off-world?  Dayum you'd think i lived in a trailer park and forgot to take the wheels off.  Until I have time to check out my house with legs, anyone have any suggestions?  Things that make you go hmmmm...

    LOL, don't want notification arriving in the mail eh... ok...

    As far as I know Visa giftcards are not supported by LL and don't work as a payment method.

    Mastercard "VanillaCards" (prepaid giftcards) also are not supported but to my knowledge do work... and no you do not get a statement in the mail if that's what you mean.by "billed"

If you post a question it goes to the 'not answered' column... if someone/anyone replies it goes to 'possibly answered'... if you mark it as correct it goes to 'recently answered'... and i believe you always have the option of putting it back in the 'not answered' column as you so desire based on the replies you get.

    Yes, anyone replying puts it to being 'possibly answered', it's up to you if that is indeed the case and even as 'possibly answered' it doesn't stop others from continuing to reply if they have further to add.  Same with answered, they can get replied to forever too - barring the thread being locked by a moderator.

I liken this to some wackjob standing on a streetcorner yelling obsenities at cars and passers-by.  Some people get embarressed or take the insults personally, most though blow it off as just, some idiot yelling obsentities on a streetcorner... its very clear who the idiot is - and it isn't 'us'.  Don't make other peoples issue your own, idiots should never ever win - period.  Don't allow it.

    You reputation is already made, yes?  Buddy can't effect, who you are - unless you let them.  If this nutjob goes off, be calm, distance yourself from it, be above it - be you.  Here's the one with the problems, you're the one with love, family and a happy life... maybe he's jealous, maybe he's 12yrs old - who the heck knows.  Just don't buy into it, file your ARs and thank god thats not you.

    Everyone knows who the idiots are, sometimes just by listening.

Age verification or sim maturity settings aren't the only things that prevent people from accessing regions... a person can be prevented entry due to account verification also.  Example, if the land preferences allow for residents with a verified payment method only and this person doesn't have that on file, it could be a reason.

  6. You can phone LL and ask      Account payment and financial stuff is one of the things you can call LL about and talk to them directly... give Billing a shout and they'll tell you all you want to know about your account... hope this helps.

    Abuse Reporting

    Now lets talk about the nearly most important: Abuse Reporting:
    Does anyone think they have privacy from the Lindens?
    NO! Everything that is said in chat or IM on server is logged, also all inventory transfers. Now the good news is that only the detectives can access it and there are detectives people paid REAL Money to investigate crimes in SL and Abuse Reports are how they find out who to chase.

It's standard practice, merchants (LL, hotels taking reservations using credit cards, etc) make a minimal charge to see if the transaction is successful to verify the card info as given is correct and the account is in good standing... LL Billing can better explain it than I can and this is exact the thing they deal with.  It's a "pending transaction" that never happens and if it does Billing can reverse it.
