But, who can afford to buy a Full Sim or even a Homestead sim?? If you want to do elaborate land and building development or a business, this is not for you. If you want an intimate, private place to do with as you please, then this may be what you need. Linden Laboratories describes an Openspace sim as follows: “Openspaces are intended for low-impact scenic use, such as ocean, forest or countryside, and are limited to 750 prims and no more than 10 avatars at any time.” The $200 USD price to buy the sim will cover all of the LL fees, which includes renaming the sim and, if you wish, moving it. Tier is paid up to 10/28/13 too! Monthly tier for an Openspace sim is only $75 USD per month (or approx.. 18,750 L$). With sculpties and mesh, 750 prims goes a long way today. Although I appreciate the clarification in your post about the buyer needing to be an owner of another Private Region, I assumed that these issues would be handled between me and a person interested in this region. You kinda missed the point that the reason for having a limited prim sim is for PRIVACY. That is worth something for some of us to never expect some griefer or nosey person to arrive on your property. And not having to pay tier of $295.00 USD a month for a full prim region or pay tier of $195.00 USD for a homestead region to get it. The monthly tier for this sim is only $75.00 a month. You would be surprised, especially today, with how much can be done with 750 prims. Not real sure why you felt the need to make such a snarky post when it doesn't really concern you, I am not misrepresenting anything, and a sale cannot be completed without these details being addressed. Don't much appreciate your implying that I am doing something wrong. Simply offering my open sim for sale. Unfortunately I didn't see this until now.

I have a full sim for rent @ only $250.00 or 62,500 L a month. This sim is stand alone, no neighbors and full prim full rights. Contact me in world for more info or if interested Full Estate Manager - you will have control of everything that is possible. Terraform, set your own rating, etc. Residential or Commercial. No covenant except what you establish. I am especially interested in a long term renter. A good bargain for you at this price. I am not a land baron. So, no hidden costs to you.
