The tattoos look good, especially the dragon on your leg. It's better without the sunglasses too I think. If you're going to wear the sunglasses, try also simultaneously smoking a cigarette. That will make you look really tough. Sit or stand for awhile and smoke. Then remove the sunglasses and cigarette. You have an attractive look and I think it will generate some attention.

ps: I just realized you went with heels instead of boots. With the heels, you might consider an ankle bracelet on one leg.

Thanks Randall :)  I'm gonna play around with her look some more see what I can come up with.

    @ Charo, Thanks :)

@ Val  Lol, thanks, I love that little cartoon there :smileyvery-happy:

Maybe flowers or a dragon tattoo then. GOL is usually packed, so it does tend to rez in slowly. Doesn't setting avatar imposters to a low number cause faster rezzing because it rezzes in avatars slowly and fills in surrounding objects faster?

You have only one blues club on your list, don't you, which is Fogbound? You need some alternatives or you will get burnt out. How about the Wharf Rat Blues?

I have both of those :)  And nothing really helped me at GOL.

Oh I have more clubs I go to, it is just Fogbound is the only one listed in my picks :)

OK, here is a pic of the dragon tattoo I have...

What I don't like is facial piercings. Piercings are OK for the ears, but nothing that stretches big holes in your ear lobes. Also keep the piercings away from other areas of your body too. I don't even like navel piercings.

Tattoos can be quite attractive. Maybe some stars for you. Colored tattoos might be good with those clothes, since you are dressed all in black.

I already have star tattoos, but they don't look right, have other colored tattoos I tried and am using.  So I was at GOL and is that place always so slow to rez? Tried relogging, restarting comp, changed setting and nothing changed, people were all grey. Oh well, I didn't much care for the music I heard there anyway :)

Will stick to the clubs that play what I like best, the blues :)

  8. Randall Ahren wrote:

How about some tattoos? There is a lot of leg and arm showing. It's like a blank canvas crying out for some paint. Most women like the music at GOL. That club started when you were a noob. It's been around a long time. Pretty good dance animations too.

This is me dancing there with an old friend. You may recall her from the Club Zapp photo. She likes to change her look a lot. I put my hair in a ponytail just to looker cooler.

    Element 8a.png

Hmm, most men I have met say they hate tattoos on women, but I do have quite a few in my inv, maybe I'll look through and see what looks good :)

That ponytail is a good look on you  :)  Maybe I will give GOL a shot, can't hurt to see what's going on there.

  9. Randall Ahren wrote:

That's a very European look concerning the style. Also nice use of lighting. That look would fit in at some more modern dance establishments, such as Club Zapp and Element 8.

The giraffes and lack of people in the photo reminds me of the old film
. In the film, the protagonist comes up from many years of living underground into the city and is startled to see elephants running away. A deadly virus has killed most of the humans and forced the survivors to live underground.

Well maybe I will bring this look out tonight, but not to those places, not my type of music :)  Guess I am just a Blues kinda gal :smileyhappy:

I was playing around with Windlight and those were the looks that I liked best, and  Twelve Monkeys was one scary, good movie.

Val, Woohoo smexah!  (your beaver is adorable too ^.^)

Randall, I not sure if its the armor or the burning look you're giving the camera.. whatever it is, it works :smileyvery-happy:

Thankyou Uncommon :)  I have to agree with you,  he was burning up the camera with that look ;) :smileyvery-happy:

Looks like a really nice place and quite roomy for entertaining. Do you have a pretty view from your deck? I can't tell for sure from the photo, but it looks like the deck may overlook a body of water, although I suppose it may be just blue sky.

@Saraya, thank you, must be an overly warm photo.

Yes, yes it was Randall  :smileyvery-happy:

I would have laughed at that too. Did he make it onto your friends list? Or must he hang around Fogbound now, hoping that you'll return someday?

My photo from a recent quest to cross the seven seas and
, the last two of which were Bewilderment and Oblivion. After much hardship, I finally made it out of Bewilderment to this hillock and was surveying the landscape before attempting to cross Oblivion.

It really was one of the funniest, oddest lines I have ever heard in SL :)

No, he didn't make it on my friends list, but one of the DJ's did, we had a nice chat about how long we had been in SL, all in all it was a good afternoon :)

You know Randall I am almost sorry I asked you to post more pics of yourself here.  /me wonders why it suddenly got overly warm in here? :smileytongue:

But seriously, it is a very good pic of you :)

/me blushes slightly.  There was one line and well it was kind of memorable because it made me laugh out loud,  I was having quite a nice chat in IM's with a man and he said to me " I know this may be senseless, but I want to rub my nose on the back of your hand."

that is weird even for SL's awkward standards. It is a good photo though.

    Thankyou Erin :)

That is one of my favorite photos of you. Could be my favorite, I'm not sure. I would have to review the other photos you posted and compare.

Anybody have any memorable opening lines? Mine would be something like "Your name reminds me of something Marilyn Monroe once said: 'We are all of us stars, and we deserve to twinkle,' and you surely do twinkle.

Aww thankyou Randall :)  /me blushes slightly.  There was one line and well it was kind of memorable because it made me laugh out loud,  I was having quite a nice chat in IM's with a man and he said to me " I know this may be senseless, but I want to rub my nose on the back of your hand."

I think for now I will just do what I have been doing on SL, either stick close to home or exploring the many places SL has to offer.  I think actually after coming out of a years long relationship here that I want more than a *my place or yours* kind of thing
    ;)

Do you know the definition of
    ?
    Steady
    persistence
    in
    a
    course
    of
    action,
    a
    purpose,
    a
    state,
    etc.,
    especially
    in
    spite
    of
    difficulties,
    obstacles,
    or
    discouragement.

After a single night out and encountering someone who was discourtesous, you're so discouraged that you're ready to give up? I think not.

You're looking quite lovely all in red. I would watch the dolphin. They're not supposed to be able to jump that high.

I do indeed know that definition Randall,  I will go out again, I assure you ;)

Thankyou, red is one of my favorite colors, and that dolphin I can handle, I know his tricks ;)

  19. I may not have a Beaver/Otter  ;)  in my beach pic..but I do have my friendly dolphin :smileytongue:

We need to do a beach thread, I am SO sick of snow..had 7 inches here yesterday and I am so ready for warm weather :)

Looks pretty sunny Val. You're wearing a lot of jewelry on your wrists. Be sure to remove it before you go swimming or you'll sink straight to the bottom like a stone.

You see Randall, I went for a swim this morning and didn't sink! :smileytongue: (I'm sure the beaver would have rescued me anyway)

Love the suit Val, I have one just like it , classy, sexy I call it :smileyvery-happy:

Your standards may be too high. Perhaps you should practice saying yes for a day, like in the film Yes Man. Alternatively, instead of waiting for the fish to bite, look for one that appeals to you and invite him to look at the cherry tree you have at your sim. When he sees it, quote Pablo Neruda:
I want to do with you what spring does to cherry trees.

Hmm, well Randall, I do have standards and if certain ones are not met, I do not even bother.
