  1. [ni.ju] sells some L4D Witch inspired claws and gloves that I think you might be referring to. :matte-motes-smile: Here's her MP link: [ni.ju] by Vitani Jun You'll have to go to her in world store to get the claws though. ^^
  2. Death Row Designs might have some things you like and are looking for. :matte-motes-smile: *ETA* Link for their Marketplace - Death Row Designs by Jaimy Hancroft
  3. Oh...Eric is wonderful! *swoons a bit* I would happily be a willing donor to that sexy Viking any day. lol :matte-motes-silly:
  4. Over the past 6 months or so, I have found myself slowing distancing or drifting from Second Life...yea. I've found I became anti-social and didn't have many friends and in turn that made me not want to log in, because there was no one to talk to or anything to really do except put outfits together lol BUT I've recently joined a RP community and am going to try to come out of my shell a bit more and try to make some new friends. I just want to have fun in SL again. :matte-motes-smitten:
  5. My current top 5 favorite TV shows! 1. The Walking Dead 2. True Blood 3. A.merican Horror Story 4. Supernatural 5. Falling Skies Had to add a period in there randomly to #3 because it wouldn't let me type the name without it. Come on LL, don't hate, it's a damn good show... :matte-motes-impatient:
  6. I also prefer the second look the most. I love how the blue contrasts nicely against your greyish furtone. :matte-motes-smile:

And I' m rather happy with it, as you can see. Aww your avatar is adorable Rob. :matte-motes-bashful-cute-2: I think I'll have to just pop over to Blue Galaxy when I get some L$ and get me my own adorable kitty avatar. heh.
  8. As someone who used to use IMVU quite a lot and still does venture over there occasionally, I can tell you that I'm pretty sure that the fad did not originate on IMVU, since I've not seen horseshoe shaped hips and fish lips over there, but I see them everywhere here on SL. :matte-motes-sour: Here is a quick snap of my IMVU avatar for a bit of reference: I think (I could be wrong) the fad originated from a type of RL BJDs (ball-jointed dolls) that are apparently quite popular - Click here for a link to a flickr group about them.
  9. I don't know if this helps, but I found this after a quick Google search for: SodaPop Ziplon http://world.secondlife.com/resident/69da33b9-922b-4792-9463-8e25ed26b7dd
  10. Very nice! I love when Google does little hidden things like that.
  11. Before coming to Second Life in 09' I was a heavy user of another 3D Chat program called IMVU...and on IMVU everything and I mean everything is created from mesh. So, I'm used to mesh I guess you could say, it's not some brand new thing I've never seen before, but something that's familiar. I really am loving what I've seen so far being created with mesh, though I think if hair creators could figure out how to mix flexi with mesh then I would be THRILLED. lol that would be fabulous! I think It's just another step for Second Life that's been needed for some time. :matte-motes-smile:
  12. I completed your survey, it looks very interesting. Good luck! :matte-motes-smile: SL avatar name: Akasha Sharpshire
  13. My birthday is also in March, but I'm a year older. :matte-motes-silly:
  14. I recently came across this picture while I was going through a group I belong to on Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/gelfy/6494780211/ Everything in the pic is in the hunt gift. It's actually quite nice I think...It might not be exactly what you are looking for but I thought I'd tell ya about it since there are hardly ever any free faun/deer things on the grid. :matte-motes-bashful-cute-2: *ETA* Also if you're willing, you could pay around 50L$ to join the group for Violent Seductions and wait at their group only lucky board for a set of full mesh satyr legs in the bambi color...they are awesome! :matte-motes-big-grin:
  15. I've read both books(novels? O_o) and I have to admit I was really wishing for more when I turned the last page of the last book. They are pretty incredible, Solomon. Please please continue, I'd love to see where the story goes. Thanks for sharing the links and I'll definitely keep an eye out for the next installment, you're a very talented writer and protographer! :matte-motes-smitten:

Also you look very pretty Uncommon ^__^ heh
  19. I don't really have any advice for selling art on SL(I haven't tried yet), but I just wanted to say that I think your art is really amazing. I'm also on IMVU too and your art out beats almost all the art I've seen on there. O_O kudos to you <3
  20. I'm not sure if you are into the darker scene of Halloween, but there is an interactive 'game' that the creator of Sn@tch, Ivey Deschanel and a group of awesome people, do every year. This year it's called The Flesh Game and it's actually super fun. I just went through it last night and it was pretty amazing. Here's the link to her blog post about it -- http://snatch-sl.blogspot.com/2011/10/gates-of-hell-open.html. It also has loads of gifts through out, all donated by the creators. It will take some time to go through the whole build, but it is definitely worth it. There are puzzles and things that you need to do to progress, but they aren't too difficult. Hope this is something like what you are looking for. :matte-motes-smile:
  21. Marianne Little wrote: Since you have lindens to spend, you should use it on sales. This blog covers the most usual events like FiftyL fridays, The Dressing Room, project Theomery and many more. http://therumor.biz/ Let us say you need a skin. You can either buy one at The Dressing Room for 70L, or shoes who normally would cost 450 L. You can look like you spent 3000L instead of 400, ^this :matte-motes-smitten:
  22. That's so awesome, Braclo. I'd totally watch it if that was a web series. I also have a micro, tho I haven't worn it in forever. This thread makes me want to put her on though. hehe
  23. You should have them try doing a "Character Test" this will reset their avi back to a ruthed/noobie avi and they'll have to rewear all their normal stuff, like their shape, skin, hair, clothes and attatchments. To do so, Go to Advanced (Ctrl-Alt-D to activate the menu if it already isn't) -> Character -> Character Tests -> Test Male/Female. Hope this helps. :smileyhappy:
  24. Hi I'd also like to throw in that there currently is a furry(Anthro) hunt going on til April 30th. It's called Cover My Furry Butt :smileytongue: -- Click Here The way a hunt works is, you TP(teleport) to different sims in search of a free object, which is hidden. Right click the object once you locate it and select buy in the menu. In this case the object is a purple pawprint. :] Easy Peasy and plus lots of free awesome furry goodies Here's the starting slurl -- Derp (TP here) *ETA* Follow the landmarks in each new pawprint you find, there will be a new folder in your inventory for each hunt gift. :]
