I now can't install viewer 3 beta. This is what I get : http://i52.tinypic.com/27yph5t.png and i've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling the previous version, and uninstalling everything associated with sl. Nothing is working.

I'm having the same issue. I've completed the tutorial/quiz and it's still saying I can't upload, and the tutorial is still pink. Any way you could help?
