Hi I am trying to go from Premium to Basic but the online advice doesn't work for me: - Log into the Second Life website. - On the left side of the screen, select Premium Membership. - Scroll down and click Change Membership. - Under your current plan, click Choose Basic Plan. When I go to Change Membership it takes me to a page showing the benefits of Premium and Premium Plus accounts.....there is no mention of Choose Basic Plan. I wanted to chang today as my billing period starts a gain tomorrow.
