Realkute Vemo

I can see other avi's. It is just mine. It is so weird. I have never experienced this before

For the past day, I have logged into SL at least 7 times. Every single time I log in, I am always a cloud. I am not sure why and how I can not see my avatar. I can't even change to a newbie avatar. I need help please :(

I recently derendered my land and I cant see it now. I tried to log off and i teleported out of the sim but I still cant see it. Is there anything else that I can do?
