    yes it is totally LL's concern, when you buy something they insist on direct payment. They don't wait one single minute before they get paid, perhaps you check if your amount stored on Skrill is enough?... verified and backed up won't work alone.

     

    skrill and paypal are not the same.. they work nearly simular but thats something else.

    Yes ofcourse i have enough dollas in my skrill account , and won't skrill pay instantly if i am using skrill to make the payment ? The initial one dollar transaction that was to varify my skrill was done within seconds .

    I think that is the reason they have added only skrill and paypal as accepted payment methods so the risk factor can be eliminated, Skrill varified my account through RL information , its should not be LL's concern, And if it was on the first place then why i was able to add it succesfully as my payment method, I would have loved to add paypal if it was operative in my country but paypal is not available, and i dont think if it even was they will give me the same issue as with skrill since they are both one and the same thing .

    Hi everyone !

    I have very recently added my skrill account in secondlife billing information, My skrill account has been varified and has no limits on it, I added it to secondlife billing information and there was successful transactio of the initial 1 dollar that secondlife send over for varification, it went through and gor refunded successfully, but after that when i tried to buy lindens in SL and upgrade my member ship i get this issue

    I have contacted Skrill about the issue and they say my account if fully operational and have no issues, I contacted with LL support and they told me its because of either of the following

    Account status

    Geographical location

    unidentifiable risk factors

    and they will look into the issue

    After that when i tried again buying i got the same issue and the same email from LL and then they just closed my case without further explaination, I opened another case requesting to look in detail provided the snapshots of skrill and successful initial payment, But they just tagged my second case to the first one and i see the staus as closed . 

    PS: I am operating my skrill and secondlife accounts from Pakistan and if skrill has no issues with it why Sl has ? assuming thats that one of the reasons stated in above 3

    I am very bummed and confused right now ,I am not able to get any kind of help anywhere, can anyone plase guide me what can i do .

    Mesh bodies and maya

    Just in case anyone else has this problem or might have it in future, I will not remove the thread . My problem was solved with the help of a friend ( cathy foil creator of MayaStar )  after experimenting with a heck load of things we found out that weights were messed up on the mesh body i was transfering weights from. So opening a fresh copy of the body mesh, and getting weights from it to my mesh. It finally worked fine.

    Hence. In case anyone gets this issue with mesh bodies, does not matrter what software you are using. Just make sure to always  copy weights on your mesh from a fresh copy of the body mesh, and also make sure you have weights on all joints by selecting the joints one by one in weight paint select mode.

    Hey guys !

    I am having a bit of trouble with mesh clothes for mesh bodies. Its been a while i make clothes for simple classic avatars.

    All was well in that respect.

    I would usually make a once sided mesh , Nomals facing outside . Make the mesh , rig and weight the mesh , then copy those weights to the mesh that i made to have faces inside as well as outside ( Made my selecting all faces of the mesh then dulpicate faces and flipping) , so i dont get an invisible inside when in SL. So far it was always good never an issue

    Then i tried to make clothes for Seconlife new mesh bodies like slink amd maitreya bodies. I have the creator kits they provide , and rigging to those skeletons, My problem now is that it all works all fine with one sided meshes, that have no faces inside. I can rig and weight and upload and fits the bodies perfectly.

    But when i try to copy my weights to the 2 sided mesh , It looks all fine in Maya

    But once i upload and wear the 2 sided in world . Its looks all messed up as if there is no wighting of any sorts.

    I have tried to ask around in groups and to friends that are doing meshes for mesh bodies. But no help so far.

    I am really stuck at this. I hope forums tun out to be my ultimate answer

    HI !

    II have been having a few problems with sl from past week, and i have tried quiet a few things but secondlife has not been working properly for me, I am using Firestrom viewer v 4.4.2.34167 i am experiencing things like

     

    1- Inventory not loading

    2- My avatar is not rezzed, is a cloud, or half rezzed.

    3- My groups do not load so i can not ask for help inworld.

    4- Textures not loading

    5- Crashes while tp and crashes every 5 0r 10 minutes.

    I have tried, clean reinstals, debugging my inventory, clearing cache, inventory reload in empty regions like hatton. It got fixed for one day , now its back to the same problem again. I have even formatted my pc , nothing seems to work still. I have been using sl from a long time on this same connection and this same computer, and never got these issues before.

    Any kind of help would be appreciated  :smileyhappy:

    Marchant Box Help,, Sigh

    Ok i gather that Marchant boxes are giving a lot of trouble to many creators.. and i have been looking around in forums to find out about the problem i am having. But i couldnt find anything on this

    When i open up my Marchant box, it says, " If you would like to become a marchant, You need to create an online store"

    whereas i already have my store up and running and selling on MP. What do you think i should be doing here?

    Please help would be obliged
