No, according to my account history, at no time have I owed LL any money. And my account definitely does not show any monies owing.

Today I was excited to see the offer of a new house for premium members. I immediately went to sign up, and was told I couldn't because my account was either in arrears, or my payment information was out of date. I was surprised to see that because I had just renewed my account on 1 September. So I went to my account and saw that I was shown as paid up through next September and my credit card information was correct and up to date. I then went back to the free house offer, and got the same result. What is going on?
