Well I lived in Berlin for several years an visited Dresden about 3 or 4 times - so I wouldn't have chosen to make THAT trip if I hadn't hoped for a river cruise.

Well I guess that that is what @Abnor Mole meant to say: They give you a choice where your big Window should face. If you want to face the sea, choose Windlass or Barnacle, if you prefer to face your neighbour choose Wallover or evening star. There are two round types and two straight types one in each direction.

There are several Auto Refresh Plus Chrime addons - I tested a few - you can set the time but not search for a WORD. Which one do you use? Who is the author? or do you have a Link? PS: I took one of them and got it to take the word "Bellisseria" - I saw two houseboats but then ... error! You have to react quick as lightening!

Well it was CANCELLED - one day before it shoulkd take off! - due to "low water" on the Elbe! I was FURIOUS because I allready was in a Hotel in Potsdam and had booked another Hotel a week later in Prag. Then I decided to go by TRAIN, spending a few days in Berlin and Dresden on the way. Was quite a nice trip but not what I had hoped for! In Dresden I met some people who were on the exact same cruise - with Wiking Cruises - no problems with low water there! - I had booked Nico Cruises! - never again!!

Well as to looking through bedroom or bathroom windows ... Contrary to RL it is no good pulling down blinds - they will keep you from looking outside (so might be a good idea if outside is something ugly) but anyone even from rather FAR away can cam through your blinds and WALLS, so if you intend to take a bath naked, change your clothes or indulge in some adult activities you should make sure that you marked in your land "Avatars outside the parcel cannot see Avatars inside the parcel" ... and vice versa. In that case you do not need any blinds. In the old Linden home regions I found lots of houses with blinds drawn - that just looks ugly! ... and gives the impression the inhabitants have something to hide ... so makes you curious and ... CAM inside!

I can think about only ONE thing that could lure me into a "Super Premium Acount": If they offered you to CHOOSE among all the available not occupied homes - which by then should be quite a number!! - instead of rolling the dice!

One more question: In case you have alts (or friends) that form a group to which the parcel is deeded (or made over - or ???) in other words: if several avatars are living there together, can they be put on a notecard or can the script be altered? Or is that just for a single person living there all alone - that never has friends visiting even?

Well I certainly did not want "to chide people about using the nice mesh option(s)" Noone wants to reinvent the weel. I am not a big builder myself and for my Evening Star I bought the very nice addon by @Blush Bravin Not knowing the Windlass in detail my advice was more of a general nature: If you have a problem, just TRY to takle it yourself. Hiding a wall is easier than some Never-Builder might tend to think. If there is a window in it that MIGHT be solved by a Texture that has a transparent "hole" where the window is, and that can be placed exactly by stretching that texture and moving it on the prim. Just to save prims I once (several years ago) made a cover of one wall of my little cottage in Ville de Coer that had two windows in it. I took a screenshot of the wall, made the windows sections transparent and added things like a mirror, a picture, curtains on the texture. ... just for fun ... I am not really a builder.

Well shouldn't that also be possible to cover up with a few prims? I must take a look at it sometimes.

I read all that lengthy talk about that ONE blue wall and cannot help thinking... Why the heck don't they (not the Moles biut the people using this boat) just create one single prim, making it about 1cm thick, phantom, and the exact size and form of that blue wall, placing it in front of the wall and texturing it any way they like?? I do not know this houseboat. Maybe the wall has a very akward shape then you might neet two or three prims to cover it up. No MESH interiors needed.

NO it would not be nice! - In a Jiffy we would have the same chaotic and ugly look as on the mainland. The big idea with private renting regions - and finally also that of Bellisseria - is that people ar free to live out their personal ideas of what is beautiful INSIDE their houses but not to ruin the lovely landscape outside. I hope the outside look of Bellisseria as a neighbourhood with a Hamptons or Cape Cod charme will keep on for a long time.

Do not HURRY! I heard that from 3. to 24. of June all present Premium accounts can renew their period for the OLD prices!!

I must say: I saw a LOT of houses by now. But your's is the one I like BEST - or one of the three ... extremely well done! ... worlds better than my own!

If you fix yout cam on the driver it feels as if you sat beside her.

If each mole would have had the first pick of his choice of the perfect house and/or perfect houseboat (for an alt since they want to stay incognito) I wouldn't mind - just the contrary! I feel that that is the least (besides a salary which I guess they get) that was due to them for all the hard work and stress and for the miracels they did! All that beauty! Such a great new continent! I thought about putting up a little mole- monument in my garden.
