Hello Everyone! I currently am putting up my parcel for sale that I've had for about a year, I didn't want to sell it but I'm run into a difficult time where I must sell it. This is a 1024 sqm parcel in the Horizon's Aurora Region I bought it for 50,000l but I'm selling it for 45,000l it has 2x the prims so it's 702 prims instead of I think 300 prims. This parcel is right next to a waterway and for the most part no terrible eye sores as of recently. This is mainland but it's more of a residential area so you won't see to many eye sores or issues on this sim. At least I haven't in the full year that I've resided here. I am willing to negotiate pricing as well if you're interested in this piece of land. Currently it's the lowest priced parcel on this sim at the moment. Some of the others are reaching close to or over 100,000l but I call that just highway robbery. The lindens I get for this land sale will be helping me find a new piece of land for most of the year especially since financial struggles are an issue currently so I'm not brining in any Real Life money into Second life currently which is another reason I'm keeping the price quite high but not as high as some of the other parcels in the area. I'm not going to sugar coat anything I'm just going to dive right in and explain the details of this water land parcel. If you couldn't guess by the many times I've said water land it is a water land parcel meaning you have to be a little crafty to make it work. If you're like me and somewhat lazy you can make a prim for the ground and texture it while adding a nice array of background and outside decor. This is a 4,096 sqm parcel and comes loaded with the usual 1,406 prims to decorate it as you see fit. My land heads up is more in ward on the Gulf of Moles... Keep this in mind because I didn't know this and thought I could sail out of my parcel. But nonetheless it's super close to the Gulf of Moles and other water channels in Second Life. Definitely something to check out. My neighbors are all super quiet, one decorates quite well and she is behind me and the others well.... with my rocks surrounding my area it's not an issue what they do. Everything on the land comes with it currently when you buy it and right now it's set up for winter and the festive time of year the ground texture I have is snowy and looks a lot like Christmas! Everything on the land comes with it, it currently has two trompe builds on it and a lot of HPMD trees and some snowmen and Christmas lights. I somehow was able to acquire one of these new Linden homes. I've noticed that EST I see around 3-4 Linden homes available twice per week around 2:30-3pm. This is just what I've noticed when trying to obtain one, however, you can't be super picky about which one you want especially since there are many others waiting for one of these new Linden homes. I had three options available around 2:30 pm I kept trying for the traditional and tried 3 times before I was locked out. I used incognito signed back in and there was a house boat which gave me the same notice and almost locked me out again. Than almost immediately after that happened one of the new camper homes in the new camper region became available and though it wasn't my favorite I still snagged it. I haven't looked back since! Honestly, if you're a tiny house enthusiast or have an interest in the tiny home community two of the styles in the campers are tiny houses and fit that theme. As I've walked around the tiny home theme is a favorite among most at least in the Somerville area where I now reside. It's all about luck and how quickly you can press the button but for those who are unaware there are currently many SSP regions that haven't been named yet in Bellisseria and I've walked through a lot of these areas and accidentally ran into some of the Lindens putting the areas together which is my first time every spotting them if I'm honest with all of you. Not too far from me there are a ton of parcels with homes on them without a region name yet which I'm sure will open little by little as they continue to expand Bellisseria. Just be patient they're working hard and I've been seeing them work to get everything done. But there are chances coming in the near future so just keep an eye out during those times I'm sure you can snag one. Like I said before just; don't be picky about your choice! Hello there! I am selling my 8,192 sqm parcel it has been home for me for many months and I'm going to miss it but I can no longer afford it. I'm selling it for 35,000 Lindens. I'm willing to negotiate a little on price if needed. It has a small slope but I fixed that with prims when I was living on it. It's not a gigantic one but it is slight as it looks out over a few people living on 512sqm parcels but for the most part, you just see the beautiful water from where I am. It's a nice area there are people living around the parcel keep that in mind. For the most part, as long as I have been there no one has built anything atrocious or visually disturbing.
