Seeking an active, stable, experienced manager to really run the show for us as apart of island staff. We intend on negotiating a starting bonus, tips percentage pay as well as offering perks to the individual we hire. This is a staff position in our business, we will discuss details at your interview. Requirements: Team player. The health of the venue and island comes first, always. Effective at working on a small team. Experienced running SL clubs before with a successful track record of being open and operating for a minimum of 1 year, or 2 years of staff experience in lieu of.. Experienced with marketing, events, special events, dealing with talent and making a reason for people to come to the venue. Experienced handling theme, decor and ensuring the club has the atmosphere we're going for. (I'm going to ask you to present a visual design for the club to review.) Experienced with the technical aspects of club management. (DJ's, tip jars, scripts, etc.) Motivated and shows initiative. (We are not remotely interested in dealing with flakes or people who make excuses.) Speaks English as a primary language. Human modern avi that can represent our staff, our brand, our island, and the club well. Professional demeanor, able to clearly communicate. Ability to balance costs and quality of items in-world to build and present a high end venue, high quality features, without blowing a budget or creating lag. So all these posts about open houses are cool and all. But why come to our island? Here's a few reasons my wife and I talked about tonight. Its quiet. Laid back. Totally amazing tenants. We are a hidden gem. Activities! Bowling, Pool (yes, a playable table!), Darts, Jet Skis and WakeTubes, Paddleboards. Scout around, and you and a date may find other hidden secrets to enjoy a sultry evening together. Improvements! We are always looking at how we can improve. New games are on the way along with some other surprises that are in a development stage. Beaches. Yes, SL evidently has a couple of those. But we offer a vibe that you can enjoy with a friend. Have lunch at our beach hut. A romantic dinner. Lay out and work on that glowing pixel tan or enjoy a post dancing date conversation on a romantic beach while you snap a few pictures and enjoy wine and conversation. Adult. Yes we are rated as adult. I'd classify us more as heavy moderate / light adult. We just expect people to act like responsible adults and if you wouldn't do it in public IRL, probably don't do it here. But honestly its not even an issue, I dont recall a time we've had a problem like many other islands out there. And our tenants, with their diverse interests, are all pretty private. Its cool, laid back, easy adult sim life. Throw a Party! Want a location to have a party with you and friends? We will custom set up a beach, house or something within a reasonable request at a fair price. We'll even help set up DJ equipment, lights, so all you have to do is invite your friends, have fun, and wake up in the morning wondering why there's a Tiger curled up to you on a tropical beach with that special someone. Drop in and hit us up! Privacy! We really value privacy. We take a great deal of pride in ensuring tenants have the most privacy we can offer.
