I put a free gift item in my cart and clicked "check out" several times. The item was not delivered and it stuill shows in the cart. I just got a new computer and don not know if that is related. What coule be wrong?

We need SL as a refuge from the horrors of RL. With so many not working it will be difficult to pay for sims. I hope LL helps.
