I individually removed everything... I just tried the character test and it solved the issue THANK YOU!

I edited the question for the post, but here it is as well: I took everything off and went back to ruthe basically. I removed skin, shape, hair, bases, everything. Until I was back to stage one. Then I went and cleared cache and went to the clear area they reccomended you go to with little lag. Once there I waited on inventory to load. I didn't put anything on, didn't go anywhere, stayed put, and waited. Nothing. Still had the same error message.

I have a windows computer. I have never had this problem before and I have been a member of SL now for a long time. Whenever I put something new on or take something off, or tp somewhere I have been getting this error: "Failed to find clothing named FoTaCA_High Waisted Pant_Shirt_Black in the database" I am not wearing the item, but I checked my worn items and it says I am wearing it. Also I have cleared cache completely which it did no good to do. I did the newb yourself out, go to clear area, clear cache let it completely reload before trying again and I am still getting the same message. I am at a loss as to what to do. Please help.
