  1. You already have a space in your username, "Cielo Aulder".
  2. Considering it's a JavaScript viewer, it should all/mostly be in the page source. 🤷
  3. Depending on how your textures are detailed, tinting a pale color will "wash out" details like highlights. It's not always worth doing, but not having the option to slightly tint the clothing to match the rest of my outfit can be a deal-breaker. Making fatpacks modifiable would be fine, but not ideal. I don't think it's appropriate to make money out of simple color options (and disabling all other customization in the process, like renaming the object or linking other clothes/accessories to reduce attachment count, etc).
  4. Why wouldn't it be relatively trivial to pick only a partial branch in a new window, and/or search that? (I haven't actually looked at the inventory data structure.) Talk nerdy to me.
  5. If I recall correctly from the viewer source, if the alpha is set to 100% (not just a fully transparent texture; the alpha property of the object has to be set), the surface will be skipped for rendering. Those meshes/textures will still be downloaded, so they will still have some impact on performance. Personally, I would prefer having separate shirts, or at least a modifiable product so I can unlink the parts I don't need (and delete the scripts).
  6. Try teleporting to a sim called "Debug1" or "Debug2", after that things should be looking normal. LL is currently having an issue which is affecting some common textures (including default water), which are failing to load.
  7. The only problem in your script is that the loop is "too fast." The loop will try to play all 3 sounds back-to-back immediately, so only one of them can be heard. You can delay the loop with llSleep(some_seconds) after each play, which will give enough time for each sound finish. If the sounds aren't the same length, you'll need some way of waiting for the correct amount of time for each clip. It won't be perfect, but the slightly better solution can be fairly complicated.
  8. Share the script you have so far, and we can guide you.
  9. It would be useful. Thankfully it seems Catznip already has this feature, which should make it relatively easy to contribute. Edit: Ah, I checked, and Catznip doesn't limit the new window to just the selected folder. It just selects it.
  10. The update also affected 35 other packages. https://steamdb.info/faq/#changenumber "App and package updates do not even have to be related to the app/package itself as Valve does periodical changes to a batch of apps/packages. For a changenumber to change on an app that hasn't been active in months, it's more likely a useless change rather than a sign of life."
  11. Are these window blinds already scripted by their creator? Is the reason you're trying to pass touch events because those already existing scripts have touch events, which you can't change? Or are you scripting the blinds yourself as well?
  12. If we're doing summaries, here's one that takes two seconds.
  13. Yeah, I understood what you meant. 😊 It's just crazy how many years has passed since it was first mentioned (I vividly recall explaining how Experiences will work to a friend, while it was being tested), it felt like it was way more recent... like 3 years. I'm too young to be this old.
  14. The image I posted is from a children's movie, it's not an SL avatar. The character is a toddler who still uses a pacifier, that's the context for their choice of naming their account. We don't know what their avatar looks like, but I'm like 97% sure it's a child avatar of some sort. They could be a tiny, but now we're stretching.
  15. That's fine, but I don't think you should be calling anyone (let alone multiple people) delusional or projecting because they wouldn't assume that 1) the person didn't understand 2) they came back to read the responses 3) they changed their mind.
  16. You cut off the rest of the post, which is very important in setting the tone for what OP really wanted. The quote continues: They're waiting, hoping for LL to step in and prevent (ban) discrimination, the same way as they did gachas. All of the context is still in the original post. And you don't need to find any deleted posts to know that this is about child avatars. Look at the OP's name, that's a character from Hotel Transylvania:
  17. The trouble with raycast is that currently there's no way to know where the users cursor is in the viewport, just where the users camera is. Suppose you could raytrace from the camera position and have the user alt cam around, but boy would that get old quick trying to make a house Isn't raycasting from the camera position exactly what the video shows? Unless you mean the mouse-controlled build menu, in which case MOAP would work if you wanted those hover-over effects, and then just minimize it out of the way after a selection is made.
  18. It's common practice that bans will get more severe if you keep breaking rules, especially the same rule.
  19. Out of curiosity, what's the reason for the change? Maybe there are other solutions.
  20. There's not a way to edit all of your outfits at once. If the layer is really shown in its correct slot after being replaced, without getting baked there, that sounds like a bug you could report on the Jira so it gets fixed. Or hope that someone from @Linden Lab reads this.
  21. I don't think this worry is well founded. For one, if LL banned without investigation, SL would not function. Every popular place would go under. For two, LL has great tools for conducting investigations, like being invisible and undetectable even by scripts, never mind being able to audit chat logs on sim and in IMs, as well as teleport activity. (And even attachment activity, based on replies made by Lindens in this forum, regarding individual cases of slow attaching.) For three, the land owner is not obligated to enforce the TOS, they just can't break it. AP violations are not the fault of the land owner, unless they are directly involved. (And if the owner is fostering a place like that, they'll almost definitely be involved.) Sure, Lindens aren't perfect, and it's possible to frame people, but that doesn't mean investigations don't happen before a ban. And considering how long some really really notorious places have existed, I don't believe that a single AR of a sexualized child avatar at your location would be any risk to your account.
  22. You do that once, you get banned, you come back and never repeat that mistake. I don't think locations advertising incest would be a very attractive spot for TOS violations, or any place that advertises itself on sex. The trend is probably the same as for any regular hookup; meet one place and teleport somewhere else where you have privacy and your own animations, after that it's all in IMs (or probably Discord or any external chat) and becomes invisible. My immediate reaction was "you can post that?? lmao" That's really funny/absurd.
