yay! we finally fixed this issue. He made a different email address and it is now working fine. It's weird since his other email's spam/junk mailbox was empty.. Thank you for all your suggestions

There are no emails in his spam folder....he gets IM's sent to his email from other people when he's offline...just not me! ugh....so frustrating

He does not think they are going to his spam folder, but will check again. As for passing an item....i sent him a nc...and he did not receive an email nor the nc....but I will try that again.

Yes...others receive offlines sent to their emails from me. That is why I'm so frustrated. It does not make sense.

Thank you for your suggestions so far. No, I am not muted since he gets my IM's when online, it's only when he is offline that they are not sent to him via email. However, when I am on my other avi, he does get my IM's sent to him in email when he is offline. Makes no sense to me.

Help....IM's from my avi are not being sent to a friend's email when he is offline, but my other avi's get through to his email. This makes no sense since both my avi's preference settings would be the same. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated as this is driving me crazy. Thank you!

Hi....for some reason, all of a sudden, my IM's are not being sent to my email. I reset the contact information on the sl website and I'm still not getting them. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you :)
