I've only ever had one timed demo and didn't realise it was on a timer, so ended up minus clothes in a store. Other than that one item, nothing I buy uses timed demos so not sure how common this is (I shop non stop from all known stores). 10 minutes would be more than enough for me, I rarely even demo and while the armpits can be an issue, most stuff works fine. (Never try with other things as if I like the item, I'll make it work with something)

Most people don't bother to check the ban list for places they go to and if we do, we're looking for a specific name. How would anyone know that one is your alt? Just because you appear on the same list and there's two people on it means nothing. Lots of people had one name on the list just to ensure privacy worked at one point. I don't know why it needs to be public either, or the access list, but it is and it isn't likely to change. I don't see it as a big deal

Did you mean the specific cards listed, or from GTX to RTX in general? I just went from GTX 1060 to RTX 3060 with no problems, the computer had all that it needed to support it, so interested if there's anything I need to check (or if it was just for those specific cards)

Not sure why the need for dancers, why would I want to watch and be expected to tip a (usually) female dancer? I can use my own avi with any dance I like for free. Plus it's just more we're expected to tip, DJ, host, venue now dancers lol

No idea why the country I live in is at all relevant to a virtual job, so long as I can speak English which people from many countries can. Please don't say timezone, it's totally pointless, many in sl do not login at expected times for their country. Why not just say times you're onlinee slt?

To start with, if I have a request that is of the genre being played and the DJ refuses with no reason, then no, I don't tip. If I request and it's played, then always. Usually I tip L$100 but if I'm having a great time and the DJ is good then I'll tip a second time (more). Hosts just depends; if all they do is gesture then no . . . I hate it and don't want to encourage them. If they ask/beg for tips then no again. If they are really working hard then of course, they get the same as the DJ. Luckily where I go the DJ's mix live and can easily fit something in and are happy to do so, after all, you're there to give the crowd a good time and part of the fun is having your tune played and some like a mention. Any DJ with the attitude of the one a few posts above who thinks it's all about them not only gets zero, I'd just leave as they assume everyone wants to hear their choices of music. When I see a DJ taking requests, we all accept some will be songs we don't like just the same as if the DJ picked the song and it's fine

I don't think you need to, no. There is never a guarantee of the real life sex of the avatar and as your avi IS a woman, that's all they need to know unless you start to become friends, then yes, let them know. Same goes for anyone trans. It doesn't matter unless you start to get close to someone, then yes they need to know, even if you believe you're actually female/male. The right person won't have any problem with it and if they do at that early stage, you had a lucky escape

Yeah nobody else could see it but I fofund one girl in the FS support group who'd had the same thing happen but in a club and she'd just put it down to lag. I can't click on it to see any info, the yellow does look like the yellow on whatever that is outside, have seen it look like skin too and also blue like many things in there

Hi all, I was at HiVid store and started to see yellow and blue flashing and moving textures: Firestorm-Releasex64 6.6.8.68380 - Liaa Nova (gyazo.com) The only way I could make it stop was to low draw distance from 200 to 64. Someone else in the store couldn't see it, it was very much a me problem! Graphics driver is up to date Someone in Firestorm support said they'd had the same issue but in a club so just thought it was lag Any ideas pls?

Thanks all, the next time it happens I'll get someone to come and see if they see it also; there wasn't anyone around last night. It says the drivers are up to date but I'll see if I can work out reinstalling them and I'll do the stress test Thanks!
