Hi there,

I am unable to buy lindens online.  It goes to the 'cashier' page (after I type in my password), then when I cllck 'buy', there is nothing.  It's like it is frozen.

So then, I checked my billing info in my account, and decided to change the payment method for buying lindens inworld (both previous saved payment methods were regular bank-issued Visa cards) from one credit card to another.  There is an edit box next to each card but they are greyed out, and nothing happens when I click on them.  I also tried to just delete one of the cards and the X next to each card is also grey and won't do anything.

I never had this problem before until late last week.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

 

[Help ,,,, having trouble in assigning roles in my group]

Bumping this as I am having the same problem, except I am an officer in the group, able to perform all officer functions except assign roles.  Like the OP, all the role boxes are grayed out for me, too.

OP, was this resolved?  Did you find a solution?

Anyone else have any ideas?  I hate to reinstall if I don't have to...     P.S. - using the newest Phoenix, altho have tried in Viewer 2, as well, and same problem.  Thanks!

[Officer in group but powerless!]

I am an officer in a group, and I am able to perform all officer functions in the group except assign people to new or different roles.  Any idea why that is?  Thanks!

 

Edit To Add:  I use the new Phoenix viewer but I also tried in the SL Viewer 2...  same problem.  I have also relogged countless times, and have had the owner of the group take a look.  He says all is as it should be on his end.

What I see are all the roles boxes grayed out, meaning I am unable to assign a person to a role, as the boxes are gray.

I should also add that my avi is wearing nothing at all right now, just the Ruth shape.  I removed everything to try to get things to load..  probably goofed it up pretty good now, huh?

Does it matter what viewer you are using?  I tried to right-click and no options came up at all.  It was greyed out.  I even went down to the library and tried the Linden pre-made outfits.  Nadda..

I am stuck in this same situation but I don't see a Replace Outfit option..   Where should I be looking?   Thanks!
