im having exactly the same problem, only difference is my dropped packs is 0% and ping to the sim around 200ms.

 

Bandwitdht is around 5.

 

I understand it only will raise if something is being downloaded, but it is that low even on a new sim with tons of things downloading.

I tried now playing around with map, it went up to 500 and returned to 5 or 7 and the sims on map didnt had still its names

im having this same problem, even going to LEA it only went to about 150 kbps, then returned to 5 or 7. Have no idea what to do (
