I have not changed my password recently. Should I open a ticket?

Forgive me if I posted this in the incorrect place. Since temp uploads are gone it's hard to work on clothing without spending a fortune. So I tried signing on the beta grid today, but it said my password and name are wrong. Do you have to sign up for the beta grid seperately? I've never logged on before.

PROBLEM FIXED WITH LOGGING IN ON A DIFFERENT REGION

Sometimes I get this message and just try to log on again and I log on fine.. It could be a bug

I was on Second Life just fine yesterday. This morning I tried to sign on and when I get to the log on screen it just sits there. I've cleared my cache, deleted the roaming folder, clean installed and it still does it. I've tried signing on an alt and it does the same thing. I use Firestorm. I tried before and after I updated to the 4.1 current firestorm. I tried to log on, it didn't work, so I uninstalled firestorm, deleted romaing folder, deleted cache, and installed the newer version of firestorm, and it still does not go past Loging in.... Please help :[
