  1. Thanks Lucia, I considered asking for a region restart yesterday - one of the old posts mentioned the need for it. But I decided to deal with it for the short time i was on and see what happens today and this week. Anyway, the new owner was in the middle of doing her work on her new land. The good news is all seems settled today as I suspected it might be. Thanks for your reply. Sorry to hear Physics Memory is being dropped from the LSL sim stats - that's the stat I checked most often.
  2. Yes. My Catwa head loaded immediately when I crossed the region border and clothes followed soon after. But I had to redeliver a completely new Legacy body and go through the steps to reconfigure with my skin and other BOM details.
  3. Hi Charolotte, apparently this is an old issue. I searched it in the forums and found several posts dating to 2013 and 2016. It sounded similar to problems I've had building in a region where there are heavier than normal physics loads by one or more parcels. (In my case it was a neighbor with a forest of trees all dropping pink leaves constantly that spread with the SL winds across the region). One of the posts listed 4 or 5 reasons this happens - one of which was teraforming and building on a large scale - exactly what started happening today. It is interesting you say your friend with the Legacy body had problems while you were teraforming. It 's possible Legacy's resources usage conflict more directly with this problem, but it just seems like too many people that want to eat and there not being enough pie. My work around was to cross into another region, put myself back together and walk back in. This worked, as long as I didn't need to add anything, to myself or my parcel. I'm guessing at proper terms, but the region could handle my "static load" (everything I already had on or placed on my land), but could not handle resolving anything new while the teraforming and building was happening. What is interesting is I would be a mess when I would log in, but for some reason I could Teleport in without a problem. It seems like I should have had the same issues with TP as when I was logging in - the region would have to create me with the already strained resources. But no. It worked OK. As I mentioned also, it surprised me that the offending pieces - mainly my Legacy body - were deleted from my outfits, not just having failed to load. This week will be interesting to see if this really was the problem after the new owner gets settled. I'll let you know.
  4. Never mind - I found the problem. Someone bought a huge parcel in this region yesterday and is teraforming and building on it today.
  5. I have an addendum on this - the problem persists each time I log in to the region where my attachments seem to be offensive. So - so far - I have to repeat the cycle of walking to an adjacent region to load everything.
  6. So this is one I haven't seen before. I logged in to this message - "Unable to create item '' that has caused problems on this region". The offending items appeared to be my Up to date Catwa Head and Legacy body - but nothing apart from my system body loaded. I logged out and back in several times to the same string of multiple copies of the same alert and the same state. I then walked my headless, system naked body over to the next region and my Catwa head returned, but not my LEGACY perky body. I reloaded a new copy and it loaded OK and then everything else followed. So, some kind of corruption I'm guessing, but region specific? Another interesting thing is, the system deleted the offending copy of my Legacy body from all of my recent saved outfits. Anyone else have this problem ever?
  7. Yep, I'm an idiot. I stopped looking too soon, which is to say, I hardly looked (I can be so lazy). Thanks for your response Laylah!
  8. Whatever happened to Henmations? It still shows in search places but the sim has been unavailable forever, and the marketplace store is unavailable too. Thanks Ceka! I will. I've wondered about Henmations to. Stephanie - and why it's still searchable. Maybe the owner is still around.
  9. Thanks Stephanie! I know Abranimations (but not for a long time) and I'll look at A&M. Thanks very much!
  10. Thank you Colleen! It could not have been more obvious but somehow I kept missing it.
  11. Thank you Powdered! Found it. I try hard not to be so slow, but sometimes i just can't help it.
  12. I'm looking for favorite couples dance makers/companies. I see a lot of the usual - slow 1 - 37; waltz; sambas, etc. But I'm looking for unusual dances that are creative. For instance I've seen a pair of couples dances where the male keeps trying to touch the female's butt and she keeps slapping his hand away. Or another series of 7 or 8 erotic, end of the night dances where the couple is tired, drunk and horny - things like that. Unusual, well done, interesting. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
  13. Hi again Rowan - OK that's the logo for the store I found - so it has to be there somewhere. Thanks!!
  14. Hi Rowan. I found a Nerido Fashion Store but no body modification products there. Otherwise nothing shows in search but stores that sell clothes that include Nerido Pushup Versions. You know, what good am I if I can't push up my boobs?
  15. I see more and more clothes with "LEGACY Nerido PushUp" - but can't find this anywhere. It is an add-on (or Mod) according to LEGACY, but I've searched everywhere for it. Anyone know the who, what. when and where on this? Thank you in advance.
  16. Agree about this issue (Fashion Events overkill) - not necessarily for Candy Doll and not even "build" quality so much as style. So often everything feels like just a slight variation of something I already have three of. I can imagine it is hard for designers to keep that monthly pace and more so over several events. I assume the exposure makes it worth it. On C.D. quality issues - probably right. Who hasn't had problems working out their mesh bugs over time? But I haven't had any such issues with their pieces in the last year or two. In particular I was referring to the recent sets - "Sugar"; "Anitta"; "Sienna" and "Allyson". The textures.; folds in the fabric; threads on the seams; fit (especially when it's designed to fit imperfectly) - pretty amazing really. I don't see many designers put that kind of natural looking detail into their pieces very often. Expensive? yeah. For everybody? no. But I like to show some appreciation when the bar is raised a little in here.
  17. I know this is a Legacy Perky Opinions thread - but since we've veered into peripheral topics, I wanted to add something about Candy Doll - the fashion company. I have no connection; not being paid to endorse - but I am really impressed with their attention to detail. The seams; threads; folds; meticulous fit - whenever I zoom in on something I bought from them I am always really amazed. Their things are not cheap though and hyper sexy, so maybe not for everyone (personally, I LIKE my nipples poking through my clothes). But I LOVE their stuff.
  18. I had high hopes for those breast deformers. I think I own 3. They are just too cartoonishly extreme to take seriously. Maybe there are better ones now, but personally, I don't need my breasts to enter a room 30 seconds before I do.
  19. Yeah that's interesting. I don't know either. The physics attachment I've been using (from Fisica) comes with a walk cycle to test their variations. I'll drop myself in a sandbox sometime and test it.
  20. I agree, they look beautiful. Maitreya Lara is a beautiful body, no question. And to your point, (or maybe not your point but I'll make it anyway) our "realistics" may vary - but realism is all over the place. So it just comes down to preference. And speaking of the Gravity slider - that is my favorite torso editing tool. I usually don't touch anything else - but I use that all the time to tweak myself into different kinds of clothes.
  21. Most people commenting in here seem pretty seasoned, but for those wading into all of this new, trying to figure out which body; what hair: who's clothes; skins; AOs; etc. etc.... it can seem endless - there is a little cheap HUD available in the Marketplace (several versions in fact, but all do the same thing) called "What is She Wearing?" or such like. Find someone you think looks good and it will tell you everything they have on. Pretty helpful when you're starting out.
  22. Hi Avalyn - so...in MY opinion - and thanks for asking - the Legacy Perky body is spectacular! The most natural and beautifully designed mesh body I've seen in SL so far. I've had none of the issues described in this thread. No additional problems with lag - even in packed places; no crashing myself or others; everyone seems to see me to IM me to chat.; I rez quickly - basically I have had no adverse issues. My 750K Triangles seem perfectly happy living along side everyone else"s. And as you will see with the demo, the breast upgrades solve many of the problems I've always had with mesh bodies. The LP breasts look much more natural and have a much greater range for sizing without getting weirdly distorted when you reduce them in the sliders. It isn't cheap - but no more than many outfit fatpacks. And as for Maitreya, it is perfectly acceptable and beautiful. And nearly half the price. But, as you can see in the other responses - when you ask for opinions, you also get a lot of ax grinding. TMP/Legacy seems to inspire more of it than most for some reason. So I guess my final advice would be to forget everyone's advice (including mine) and go collect demos for every mesh body that looks good to you and see which you like best. Good luck with it.
  23. Yeah, sorry - I'm not in the loop on all the hatred directed at TMP/Legacy in this Thread. Did they run over your collective cat? When I bought the first TMP body, I heard little snippets of frustration from designers that TMP was somehow difficult to work with - but whatever. They developed something totally new. If I had done that, I would probably be protective of it and a little difficult too. And I'm not sure where "trust" comes into it. They aren't politicians or house sitters. Near as I can tell from what I read here, their crime is that they are a small Second Life company that makes a product that has been successful but that some other people don't like.
