Maybe there was a low uptake because, as in my case, they didn't NOTIFY most of us that these things existed I just got an email from them about the December gift, but it's the first I heard of them - and I've been a Premie since 2006. It's nice of them to give us stuff and I don't have a problem with how often they choose to do it, but it is rather disappointing to miss out on something I SHOULD have had, because they can't get their act together and advertise the gift where it counts.
