Okay, I see some valuable information in here, and I thank everyone who took the time to comment. I have been on SL three years now, and had a good friend of mine recommend getting into the "mesh revolution," and since I felt I could use an avatar upgrade, I went shopping. I want to make it clear - I'm NOT looking for a refund, as Unique Megastore's policy clearly states that they don't offer refunds.
However, it seems that some think that a buyer is supposed to automatically know that when they buy a full pack, that everything that is pictured as part of what's being sold is not actually part of what's being sold. Is it really unreasonable to assume that a full avatar pack with a range of 48 skins, about half of which are bald and half of which are advertised as having certain hairstyles, would somehow not include those hairstyles? I don't buy new avatars/skins very often, so I think that a little more clarity/truthfulness in how a product is presented would go a long way in resolving these kinds of issues, because I'm apparently not the only person who's encountered something like this happening.
And speaking of clarification, I bought the Jamaican man full pack, which has the mesh logo on the shopping bag and pictures of avatars with dreadlocked hair at the display stand. Was I really wrong to assume that the hair would have been somewhere in there as part of the full pack?
