  1. Is it against the rules of Second Life if a seller offers a refund and asks to a client to remove a review on the Marketplace? As far as I know there is no rule about it, so I am not sure if this can be done. As I see it, it could be intended as a cancellation of the transaction...
  2. Thank you, I added a "Demo" sign on my pictures as you suggested. I also renamed my tip jars "FREE VERSION WITH COMMISSION" and added a big red image with a warning text.... I hope this will help! lol
  3. Only my demo Tip Jars take a commission, the full version don't! I think it is the only way to give a demo of an item like a tip jar...
  4. I'm exhausted. In my Marketplace shop I sell demos of my items and very often they are completely free. I always write clearly that they are demos and what's the difference between the demo and the full product, but too often dumb people rate my demos with 1 star... and they simply write something like "It's a demo!!" or "This tip jar takes 10% of the tips and gives it to the creator!". Now, I know there is that little button named "flag review", but can I use it in these cases? Is it an abuse? These reviews say the truth: they are demos, and those tip jars have a commission, but it is clearly written in their description!! What can I do to protect my business in these cases?
