Someone bought a horse from me, and acted very quickly, purchasing before I had even finished setting. Now his records show that he paid 1100 for the horse and mine show he paid 10. Not only that, neither of us have the horse. What now? What happened to the Live Chat that was available for premium members? I can't seem to find it. Thanks for your help
