  1. I am having the same issue. I am running off windows vista on the latest download. I was logged in last night until midnight when someone in one of the shops started grieffing causing continual crashing. I gave up and just stayed logged off. This morning I try to log in and get the DNS error message. I have reinstalled SL, restarted router, flushed dns and tried every suggest I can find for the last 8 hours. Still having this issue. Any other suggestions?
  2. HI, thanks for the reply. I have been parked on Jira for days trying to find similar bug reports but, with the exception of an old un-solved report about the flashing prim, no one else has reported anything that looks similar. Thats why I am not certain if it is the viewer. I have a friend using Pheonix and he says he see the invisible areas from the Alpha Layer issue so I know that is not just my graphic card and has to be an SL issue. None of this ws an issue until that last upgrade which is what makes me think it is a bug, but if i am the only one experiencing it, I hesitate to report it. Here is my info if that helps any... 3. I did not want to report this as a bug yet because no one else I have talked to IW is having this trouble so far. I have updated all my drivers and graphics card, uninstalled and reinstalled the server, cleaned the cache, etc. Ever since the last update to V.2 (2.6.3) a few weeks ago, I have had these issues -flashing "prims": These small boxes aren't really there but flash every few seconds on the screen repeatedly in various sims. -Every single one of my Alpha Layers have morphed so they delete the areas around my head, my neck and parts of my shoulders in addition to the areas they are intended to delete. When I remove clothing and then attempt to put new clothing on it put on the new clothing layer and then also random piece of clothing that I wore previously, sometime clothes I wore 2 or 3 outfits preiously. Like if i take of a shirt and put a new shirt on, it will put on a sock layer a skirt and a tattoo, or add 2 previous shirt layers that I wore, under the new one. I have running my graphics preference on low or mediums, but that does not seem to make a difference. Anyone have any idea what the issue is and how to fix it, or should I report it as a bug?
