some great comments here shows how many in SL care for their SL life try this, go to the bit where Q Linden says "here is mine" as in web profile. Copy and paste the first paragraph into google and whammo--what do you find?--a web presence. Imagine thousands of SL users with web profiles on the Internet? What a web presence for currently struggling business people in SL? They need more custom in todays economic slump. Perhaps they need our help to boost new customers. Googles algorithm spider works like this for those that might not know. The more references to a website their is on the internet, the higher it climbs in the search engines. Those of you that see the value of this make sure you put a hyperlink to second life in your profile. This is more clever than you might imagine. A "beta" version is just that, its for the users to feedback bugs because they use the application under many different conditions and desktops. Even microsoft releases "betas", has anyone ever known a bug free Microsoft. And what application on the internet does not have automatic updates. I admit a beta should not be forced for those that don't want it, I think that checkbox for updates was not too obvious. A beta should never be an update, but only the final release. But the web presence thing is very clever in my view, it is time SL had a powerful web presence.. just my 2 cents.. or pence as they say in UK bye the way I am single Scot and love the jazz clubs in SL? lol

this is great guys during a world slump how many big business concerns will say to themselves, lets do something in virtual worlds, and look at what they can do and then they see you guys comments.. and dont do it.. every business in the RL world has bad times, but it is because of you my business is suffering you groaners just go away, you are destroying SL life .. If you saw these comments and you were new to virtual worlds, what would you think? I dont know why lindens alows these comments.. nowadays abuse on the intenet can be taken to court and sued in the uk. SL is good, the best, the quicker you moaners go the better you are taking my future customers away!! wake up call mates.. every business in the world when they present their results don't focus on the negatives I am wondering if some of you supposed wonderful business guys are thick dont cut your own throat, if you have an issue with lindens sent a private ticket, but dont slander in public if this is your bread and butter.. SL's virtual software they provide free is the best I have seen, and the technology here is far in advance of any on the internet for virtual building and you know it..we are lucky to have this, lets face it try the other so called growing virtual worlds, you will find their limitations, some others you cant even walk, but flit from point to point , others dont have the power and freedom we have here to build and use our imaginations, some others you have to buy expensive add-ons, sl is the best in my view. prettty please, dont bite the hand that feeds, SL is the future of the Net, if we let it..

I like second life but never seen such a group of groaners in my life apart from some here, no wonder SL is in decline. Sl is ours and yours, and believe or not its this kind of moaning community with some exceptions that are destroying SL with bad comments and feeling. If you did not know SL would you be attracted? The users are the salespersons, the world is what we make it, even this one. hey those dont know SL, its great, most of these folks need to get out more and drink. They are SL people, but mostly the old wave from 2007ish who were hit by the economy slump and think it was because of a viewer their lives are over ?? A saying in Scotland " fools blame their tools"--a new wave of users is coming in. New life--most of these users moan about everything, and I am not an SL employee trust me--just a handsome scottish builder and coder, well I am handsome in here.. But I have some honour, I won't publicly betray something that might be my bread and butter..these people cut their own throughts and try to impress with their wonderful knowledge of business? Lighten up, and stop ranting and destroying this place ok? If you don't I can you take you on outside like a good Scot!!.. we are the salesmen, this is ours Stop blaming God for everything, if I were LL I would ignore you and your fancy talk and hope you would go, wouldnt you if you were LL? smile!!!!
