thank you for replying.  No, I have never had a USD account, unless one was made me by mistake.  I do not want to accept.

The Official Tilia Q&A Forum Thread just presented me says I do not have to accept the Tilia Terms.  So How do I bypass it and enter my dashboard??  I've tried everything.  I have never used or had a USD wallet and never plan to.

 I have read conflicting answers to the following question in different forums and in listening to the Open forum:

Does one who has no USD wallet and never plans to have one have to accept the Tilia Terms of Service to be able to continue in Second Life?
