Frustrated. The Marketplace [and $Linden] keeps giving me the message "payment not accepted." Also says I owe $ [though not clear if it's to SL or to my credit card]. My credit card is paid up, but the Marketplace won't let me update my info. What to do?

I've tried to buy Lindens over the past several days--but nothing shows up in my account total. They go through & I get the usual message that my account balance will be udated. But, no Lindens--nothing. What should I do? Thank you

Same here--can't log in to grid, can't get there with Firestorm....message just says "having trouble connecting" even though other things on my computer are fine, including the Firewall. We can't be the only ones having this problem, right?

I'm following up on the Sibotanicals post. I did contact the inworld merchants I purchased Sibotanicals from. Neither have answered. At one inworld store I went back to, I noticed Clone pots all over, but the wall that had the Sibotanical marketing and vendor is now empty! The other merchant's store has completely vanished! What do I do now? Do I file a complaint, name names (ugh!)? Thanks for any information or advice you can give. Autumn

Did Sibotanicals just disappear? After I bought a few four days ago, the "clones" stopped coming through, the merchant I purchased them from doesn't respond to my inquiries and that section of their store is suddenly gone! Please help. Thank you Autumn Tyrellium

How can I get my recent Marketplace order re-delivered? When my items arrived for me to accept, one of my Groups was chatting at the sme time. I clicked their window to "Close All." But in doing so, I also must have closed the Marketplace delivery window. This has never happened to me before. What do I do? Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

I've had trouble rezzing my Avatar for the last two weeks. I've tried everything in the help and knowledge base blogs. Today after rolling restarts and maintenance, I still had trouble rezzing my Avatar. Then when I did, lo and behold, my clothes and attachments won't download. I'm naked, I look like a Zombie and nothing I try will fix the problem! This is really annoying. What should I do?
